Thank you for your feedback. Due to COVID-19, all our brands are experiencing delays and unexpected out of stock items. Especially, Korea had 1 week holiday season (Korean Thanksgiving) during the week you placed your order, causing further delays and this was noted during the checkout. In regards the payment, the pending authorization you may see on your card is removed if your order is not shipped. You will be only charged with correct amount when we ship the items.
