What made my experience great? That's easy, working with Roger from beginning to end. From being immediately available to answer initial general questions, always being responsive of my questions big or small and getting me all setup with a great installation team, Roger was absolutely amazing. I've had multiple friends who have seen my recently installed Auroom Mira and without hesitation have referred them to Komowa. Thank you again Roger and everyone at Komowa!

I appreciate David in customer service took my call and chatted with me on choosing the right heater for the outdoor sauna I was going to purchase. I recommend reaching out to their support even if you have an idea of what you want. They can confirm it based on their documentation. There was a bit of a lead time on my sauna but it was worth the wait. Thanks again

My husband & I LOVE saunas so we decided to order one to our home & we couldn’t be happier that we chose Komowa!! The sauna comes in large boxes & it was rather simple to assemble. & wow, the moment you step inside & experience — the smell of the wood, the heat, the warm lighting, & the sound of waterfalls (or whatever music you prefer on the bluetooth speaker!), you can’t help but melt. Sometimes I forget I’m still at home… it’s such an oasis. A luxurious spa feel. 10/10 recommend!!
