I recently had a great experience with Kole Imports. I had emailed the company a couple of times regarding an issue I was trying to fix and Claire reached out to me and provided me with some outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional and was very helpful when she assisted me with completing my order. I would recommend this company to anyone of my friends or colleagues.

Good Afternoon Ms. Maher Thank you for providing your feedback regarding our calculated shipping costs on our website. The shipping charges are calculated at the checkouts screen and the shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the items in your cart and the distance the order is being shipped to. We ship orders from our warehouse location in Los Angeles, California. The shipping charges are paid directly to the shipping carrier and we receive discounted commercial rates due to the large volume of orders that we ship out. Please keep in mind that we are a wholesale distributor that specializes in selling products in bulk. We have more flexibility to work with you on bulk pricing discounts and freight caps on orders of $2,500.00 or more. Thank You Michael Franco Customer Service Team

Good Morning Mr. Adel Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding your experience. We apologize to hear your order was not shipped out in a timely manner. Per our previous conversation we will issue you back a refund once we receive back the returned order to Kole Imports. I will have our warehouse team check to see if the return is back in our warehouse. We will return all returned merchandise back to stock and issue you back a refund. I will follow back with you once the return is processed. Thank You Michael Franco Customer Service Manager

I have purchased from Koles for the past couple years, working on my third! My experience has been terrific. I have an amazing sales rep., Carlos Cervantes, he is so very professional and quick to help me with anything that comes up! Kole Imports has a huge variety of products, in all different price ranges. I purchase for a school Holiday Shop and have been extremely successful. My greatest sell through is with Kole Imports! Carlos has been amazing in recommending products that will fit my specific needs. I truly enjoy working with him, as well having his input on products! I highly recommend Kole Imports and I love the personal touch that Carlos conveys!
