Ugh. Now I remember why I stopped shopping online at Kohl's. I changed my address online, selected my items (some store pickup other ship to me) and guess what, it is shipping to my old address. Immediately went to cancel the order and, no Ma'am, you cannot cancel the order even though it is going to the wrong address. Customer service does not help at all in either canceling the order or modifying the shipping address. WTH, is so hard about this? They tell me to have the wrong address return the items (WHAT???) OR once I receive the shipper information, contact them.

I bought a table online. It came damaged. They tried to charge my credit card account 90 some dollars. I called. They did nothing about it. I told them I refuse to pay it and canceled my card. Beware. It took them a month to pick it up.

I have had a charge card for about a year, last summer/fall there were a fraudulent charge on my statement, so I called immediately to get it taken care of, well here we are in February 2024 and the fraud department is still investigating. I don’t have patients for this. Their customer service is a bunch of woman who you can’t clearly understand and basically all they say is “I understand” and “I’m so sorry this has happened to you” well Guess what? I’m sorry also cause you have lost a potentially good customer.KOHLS get it fixed. I’M SO DONE!!!!!!!!

This is not about products purchased. This is about Kohl's shipping. You place an order, same day you recieve email, full order is ready to ship. But it is not (really) shipped for 4 days?? What's that all about?? DD

Placed a order for womens yoga flare pants 6 pairs what does Kohls do they set it up for a pickup 500 miles from my home when I picked ship to me. There rude and terrible to deal with and there prices now are a total ripoff. There is no reason to have china made cheap clothes so high priced. Can you say equity group it is clear they have been bought out.

I spent over an hour yesterday at the Kohl's in Plainfield, IN looking for a standard size button down shirt. 18"-18 1/2" 36/37. I looked through the entire men's department- EVERY SINGLE RACK and there were exactly two shirts. One was blue and then other was maroon. All the other shirts were labeled "slim fit." Not all business professionals are "slim fit." This is not only sizeist, it's bad for profits. I walked in with the intention of spending at least $1.5k on a business casual capsule wardrobe using my Kohl's charge card. I ended up taking my business to Old Navy just down the road and picked up every thing I needed and it was not a struggle to find my size. Furthermore, I had a wonderful CSR there who assisted me in finding exactly what I wanted. The CSR as the Kohl's just said, "yeah, sorry about that" when I informed her of the issue I was having. Bad form indeed!

Hi, Its very bad experience with purchasing. I have bought 2 pairs of shoes the same size and on of them was too small. I had a return it, but company did not offer prepaid label, so I had to pay muly own money for this return. Refund will be issued only during next 30 days (company will use my money for business purposes for this time). Customer service is pretty bad and can’t get any help from them spending almost 1 hour in the chat. I would definitely recommend not doing any purchases here, they don’t care about customers.

I purchased five articles of clothing on a website that said kohl's Clearance . The prices were phenomenal. Which is why I ordered. Did not know the order was coming from china. Have watched tracking since january the second. Was informed it with delivered on january thirtieth At my door. It was not and still not. It is a scam there is no such clearance. I lost thirty five dollars. Just want to warn other people do not order unless it's directly from kohl's
