Always beyond slow. Constantly changing the process. Should have a dedicated area, not line with everyone returning, complaining, etc. Every other retailer handles this without any aggravation.

Someone got into my account and took 500 dollars from it. I called and let kohl's know that I was waiting for the bank, the police department to settle this and return my funds. I paid on the date that I promised and they charged me a late fee of 40 dollars on top of the measly 40 dollars that I owed. I also spent 4 hours each time I have paid because the system of logging in for the card is crazy and while it may be secure it is difficult to pay online. I could not pay once I got online today but it would not let me pay because it was PAST the due date. so another 40 dollars will be adde to the 80. 40 plus 40 late charge and another one for next month which is not here. payment day should have been the 19th. but no they would not wait. I do have proof of what I told them as well. THEY CAN TAKE THIS KOHLS CARD WITH 30% INTEREST RATE AND SHOVE IT WHERE THE SUN DOES NOT SHINE.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I went into the store they were having a 70% off sale and I was prepared to use my credit card. The teller after making me stand there for 5 minutes finally started ringing up my order and then told me my card had been canceled. I was mortified and embarrassed she was rude and dismissive. I will never go back to that store. And neither should anyone else. The sales at Kohl's are always scams. They said I hadn't used my credit card in 14 months and that's why it was canceled. They wanted me to order a new credit card. I didn't have enough cash on me as I was planning on using my credit card. I was happy to head over to Target's where I never have an issue. I will never go back to kohl's!!

Bought a fitbit on January 18th. Tried to return it today, February 18th and was told it was too long. I purchased it at 10:45 am so at 1:45 this afternoon it was too late. It had to be returned by 10:45 am this morning. No small print, nothing....I thought 30 days was 30 days

I was tricked into signing up for a card. Needed clothes, my email showed I had till March to use the 35% off for getting their card. Well not the case at all you have to use that coupon or will lose the coupon. Their online chat people are of no help and actually pointless. Excuses why they can’t help with a 35% off coupon it’s lost. 😡. He couldn’t cancel either. NeXT morning. So I will return full order to store and cancel the kohls credit card and never go to Kohls again! I’m always stressing to find stuff to buy at kohls anyways. Either it’s way overpriced or your quality items are no not very quality. I suppose that goes along with how Kohls handles customers. Very poor customer service

i came in with gift cards for my birthday present from my son first off i was watched so closely by an employee not only did it make uncomfortable but just felt like i was being almost harassed for peat sakes i was trying on shoes! so i go to check out and they would not honor my sons gift cards the manager was almost rude as i was waiting they saw a thief just walk out the door alarms and all she said was oh well! and they kept demanding my phone number! i go to shop and i felt like a target for no reason, i WILL never shop there again you guys are horrible!

Kohl's is selling seconds. Everything I buy from them begins to pill quickly or it is poorly constructed and a pair of British knights shoes that I paid $45 for and have only had on for 4 months are splitting. They will not help me. They will not help me contact the supplier and I've been a Kohl's card customer since 1991. Never again, never never never. I'm going to close my account. Kohl's sucks!

Kohl's was a nice place to shop despite the high prices of non-clearance items however the Kohl's credit card payment services DO NOT allow their members / customers to utilize financial software like Quicken budgeting and payment software or Intuit's Mint (Sadly going away). Since I have a multitude of creditors and bill's like utilities, streaming services, etc. I set up Quicken to help me manage payments through my bank institution so I can keep up with payments and budgets for all my creditors. Kohl's is the only department store that will not allow me to add the credit card. Kohl's sure does not mind selling my personal information to anyone they choose but not this. I'm closing my card immediately and will never shop there again.
