I already wrote a review. I have waisted my entire day dealing with a ridiculous customer service department. What I thought would be a simple fix turned into a nightmare. I was over charge for some items . I check it I wrote down the prices when I ordered it . If one was to look at these purchases it would be clear as day that your company made a mistake.

I made a purchase in December and they double charged me on my kohl’s charge card I have tried to get them to fix this issue and they informed me that it would take 30 days now they are saying that it will take 60 days. I have made several payments and they are telling me that I will need to continue to make payments on items that I never purchased. Beware if you get items from them on a charge card.

If you order online, you can’t return by mail unless you go to usps and sent it to them out of pocket. I feel like a lot of people keep a lot of bad product this way. Customer service unhelpful.

I’ve been a card holder for about 10 years. I’ve always paid my monthly bill through the automated system. I was extremely upset to find out today that Kohls withdrew $400 from my personal checking acct to make a Kohl’s payment. I did not authorize this payment whatsoever. In fact I never schedule payments for bills; never do automatic payments. I called Kohl’s customer service, which is a joke. I could barely understand the 2 ladies I spoke to. She told me on 2/29 I authorized a scheduled payment for today in the amount of $400.45. I explained to her that I did not authorize this payment and my bill isn’t due til 21st of month. I demanded her return my money but she said I need to contact my bank since the payment was already processed. I’m so mad! They took money from my acct that was not authorized by me. It scares me to know I’ve been violated in this way. $400 is a lot to me. I’m contacting my bank to dispute it. But even so that will take time. Meanwhile I’m cutting up my Kohl’s charge card. I will never shop Kohls again. I will pay this acct off asap and close it so you can’t do this to me again. This is wrong. I in no way possible authorized this payment. It’s actually kind of scary. The manager I spoke to in customer service kept reading her script in response to questions. Kohl’s 👎

They don’t even deserve a star! Horrible customer service. I called to ask them if they can email me the last month statement that I urgently need because i did not receive a statement through mail or email whatsoever and all they said was they can only mail it to my house and can take up to 7-10 business days. I need this now, for today!!! How is it that they cannot send my last months e-statement to my Kohls account? The law requires Card issuers to provide statements of account activity, and to make them available for the card holder through mail and electronically. Give me a break!

Kohl's farms out their "customer service" to third world countries with people who do not directly answer to Kohl's, but who have access to the Kohl's online wallets containing gift card balances. I uploaded my Kohl's gift card to my Kohl's account wallet, and within several days it was stolen. The only access to that account came from within Kohl's. Following some online research, I now know that this is apparently a common occurrence. Check for yourself. Kohl's is aware of it, but would rather save money by employing non-English speaking criminals from third world countries who can access and remove account credit balances, rather than taking care of their loyal customers. Avoid this corrupt company.

I don’t even want to give you a star. That's because the agent I met at kohl's chat lied to me. After hearing my situation, I willingly received kohl's cash, but I couldn't use it. The reason is that I used it even though I didn't, and this is their word. Also, if you pick it up at the store, they give you $5 kohlcash, which is also information. There was no use suggesting it. Now I never want to shop with dishonest kohl's again.
