"Kohl's Amazon return? More like Kohl's Amazon scam! Their so-called 20% discount vouchers are a joke. Doesn't matter if it's on their website or Amazon, they never work! And don't even get me started on their 'low-quality' items that magically qualify. It's pure bait and catch. What a colossal waste of time. It's insulting to think they believe we're dumb enough to fall for this garbage."

Kohls in Springfield
Kohls in Springfield, Or is the worst store you risk being assaulted by shopping criminals . The Management is awful Kara is useless and Eldon is not the brightest also very snotty and snide. Everyone else is great but not safe store to be in you never know when you will find white powder in the bathroom. Or 20 empty shoe boxes because they have been stolen just that morning

I am so done with this store
I am so done with this store. Payed our bill by check . The bank verified that Kohl's cashed it but the store said it was not cashed. So they have been charging us late fees of which we were never notified, We can never get on their web site because they say our passwords are not correct. Totally useless. The only way to settle things is to fax them a bank form saying it was cashed.

I have had a Kohls account for years
I have had a Kohls account for years. We recently sold our home and started traveling full time. We use a mailing service to get our mail. I’m sure I gave Kohl’s our new address and they have my email address. We made a purchase at Kohl’s during our travels. I never received mail regarding my bill. I never received an email. At one point I wanted to check if I had a balance but their website is a nightmare and I couldn’t get in. I did get a couple calls but the caller had such a heavy accent that I couldn’t understand a word they said. I thought it was a scam call. After the second unintelligible call I decided to call them, since I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Sure enough I owed them from that forgotten purchase. I paid immediately. They reported me to the credit bureau. my rating went from 860 to 760. I will never step into a Kohl’s store again!!

I bought 2 gifts and needed to return…
I bought 2 gifts and needed to return them. Kohls refused to give me my money back and gave me a store credit. I had my original receipt and the items were not even tried on and had original tags. He just did not like them.
I called and they refused to give me my money back.
I am a long time customer and will start looking for a store that values my business more and is customer friendly.

You have to pay for shipping!
I ordered a $50 men's hoodie and it doesn't fit. I just found out that I have to pay for shipping or return to the store. I have mobility issues, so returning to the store will not work. I wish I had known this before ordering. I will never shop at Khols again and I hope they go out of business.

Kohls management is a joke.
The management and corporal offices are a joke. I fell at the Saginaw Michigan store and was taken to ER. A concussion, broken glasses, after many X-rays, CT scan and 8 hours waiting to be treated, they could have cared less. I was basically told by their investigation team I need to learn how to walk! Hundreds of dollars later. Again they don’t care!

Cancel my account and start over again?
Actually, it's STAR MINUS. My computer died. My husband gave me his. All Kohl's emails come to him on my new (his old) computer. I want to see my balance. Can't access my account. I tried an online chat - they said they can't verify my account or access it with the info I gave them, which was everything they asked for! So, I went to the store, found out that people who ring up your sales are also "customer service" and they gave me an 800 phone number. The online rep tried to help me recreate my identity on the new computer. I gave him a new password, re-set it even though the old one was not recognized, and thought all was well. Now the computer welcomes ME not my husband. But. I can't access my account. My passwords, new and old, are said to be invalid, and here I sit. I just read on your website that I need to create two separate profiles, one for shopping and one for account. What?? A real tech-savvy human could probably straighten this out in 5 minutes, but a chat line, an untrained checkout cashier and online reps apparently aren't able to solve this particular problem. PLEASE HELP ME!!! (No wonder your disapproval rating is nearing 100%!)
