DownSIZES! I purchased 2 Sonoma T-shirts (women’s) in my size and compared them at home to my older ones, which fit perfectly. The new ones are over 2” smaller than my old ones. They are going back and I will not buy any more from Kohl’s. They use to be a really great store, the exception to other stores. Not anymore.

Even though I filter on the SIZE I needed, the search results only showed items only available in OTHER sizes. I checked each item for my size and they are not available in any color. It should have returned nothing, not rabbit holes to go down. It took a long time to check each item in each color. I conducted my search (for sweatpants) in my size after my order (for sweatpants) in my size was cancelled due to no longer being available. THIS IS ALSO A BIG PROBLEM that their inventory was not accurate.

Ordered from Kohls.com and one of the items was bath towels on clearance for .62. Well they had 17 of them so I bought them all. Now I knew they had 17 and it may be a few short but they only shipped me 2. That's 2 of 17 and says partially shipped. Well 2 weeks after delivery was supposed to be made I called to see what was going on as I don't mind waiting for that price but I was given no communication from kohls about the remainder of order which I had been charged for completely. When I called they said I never paid for order until I gave them the order number and told them it's on my Kohl's card. Well after all this they said we won't replace them we will only issue a refund cause they did not believe the price on their own website. My main problem with Kohl's is that they did not have the product but yet for 2 weeks after delivery was supposed to be made I was not contacted by Kohl's to rectify whether they will refund or ship. So I believe Kohl's was going to say nothing and keep my money. I call that FRAUD

I’m standing in Kohls in West Chester and they have 2 brands of dress shirts and only 1 style for XL or bigger. It is 1 week to Easter and they have 30+ racks of blazer / sport coat. No easter sweater, very little amount of casual shirts for men as well. Three managers and said all they can do is put out what is sent. I told all three to send them back. I have been shopping in kohl’s for over 25 years and worst experience I have ever had. I will be shopping at Macys or online

I recently attempted to place an online order with Kohls.com - something I have done successfully several times in the past - when their website flagged me as a bot. An error message came up saying that I had triggered their bot detection system - and that was it. They gave me no instructions for what to do next or how to convince them I was a human, no silly little 'identify the red lights' game, nothing. I finally decided to contact them via their online chat system where I was connected with someone whose instructions led me to conclude that he was not a native English speaker. I asked him if his first language was English, and he claimed it was, which meant that I didn't even have the option of switching over to a language that might have improved our ability to communicate. In the end, I cancelled the order with Kohls.com and placed it with another company - a company that doesn't tell me I'm a bot and should just go away, and doesn't lie to me about something as basic as whether or not they can transact business in English.

Not sure who reads this but, something has to change. it’s easter and because i wear a size 12 in shoe I can’t find anything. there’s a sign for 11-12 but no shoes that fit that category. and I understand maybe most people wear maybe up to size 10. There is No where to find a pair of shoes in size 12 unless I order sometimes you want to try the shoe before you buy.

Tried to get a pay off letter to purchase a home. The online is all subcontracted out and they don’t know anything but except to repeat themselves when you’re asking for clarification. Worst experience ever and no help

I reopened my Kohls account after I moved to a new address. My address 863 1/2 number for the house in the back. The front house is vacant and is 863. The mailman left my mail in the wrong box. You let kohl's know at customer service in the store the next time you shop and advised your next statement may show a late fee, but call an asset for it to be removed. Which I did then paid in full the account. I get an alert on my credit watch account and see I was turned in for a delinquent account. So i called passed for them doing this, paid the account off and closed the account. The statement I got the next day showed a $40 late fee even though the account was paid with a zero balance the prior month. Now I have to wait for 72 to call and have a hard check mailed for the over charge. Will never shop or step in a kohl's store ever.
