OMG who is Kohl's hiring for their website manager? This is the most confusing and convoluted retail site I've ever used. First why to I have to set up a different online account to manage my credit card. Then the stupid site tried to verify I wasn't a bot and got it wrong. This whole process of setting up my account and making it paperless bill took me almost an hour. I don't know how non computer literate people manage.

Do not do shopping at Kohls. I placed an order and the order was missing an item. They sent out the wrong replacement items and told me they can't send out the correct item. They have one time to process. I am out the item and the $.

What is going on with your Website? It has been causing me a good deal of anxiety! I've been trying to make purchases for the past several weeks and it's just one issue after another. I really like your merchandise, but not sure if it's worth the headache trying to figure out how to navigate it and make simple purchases.

Kohl’s online store is terrible I ordered some men’s dress shoes the delivery date supposed to be by the 17 of May it’s now May 13th and the order is still in fulfillment and I can’t cancel it because once your order is placed it’s basically completed at the point and they don’t care about helping you anymore so you have to wait till the order is completed I despise this store

Do not sign up for a Kohls card and make a purchase if you are Canadian. Huge inconvenience if you try to then make a payment. They don’t take credit cards and their website for payments does not support providing banking details from a Canadian Institution. When I called to inquire how to make a payment, they said I had to mail a cheque!!! It’s 2024 and I don’t even have cheques.

Kohls.com sucks, I made an online purchase at my local store since the pair of boots weren’t in stock as their website had indicated that morning. I had to make it as a guest since I had been locked out of my account while trying to change my password so that’s why I opted for the guest purchase. I got notified by the next day that it had been completed and shipped but now 3 days later I’ve checked the USPS tracking and they haven’t received the package yet. I called their customer service and she stated that she couldn’t track it and advised if I haven’t received it within 7 days to call back. She was worthless and I understand why Kohls is having to close many of their stores, with this lack of customer support if they go out of business no one will ever miss them!

Horrible Customer Service My name is Danielle Lucisano. I went to the Hamden Store to return items from an online order. I was told that is alright that I did not have tags on the merchandise and I just bring to the store and return it. When I got to the store, the customer service was having difficultly matching the skus with product. They called customer service and they said that they can’t help because the system was down. The manager told associate to call back and see if they could resolve the issue. Associate called them and I spoke the customer service person and they said that they processed the return but were not able to credit my account and I had to call my bank. I called my bank and I had to make a claim against the transaction. I figured that I would call kohls customer service back and see if they would resolve it for me. They did not and told that I had to go back to the store and get a receipt. I explained to them that I gave the merchandise back to the store and can’t get a receipt. So once I got of the phone with them, I called the Hamden store and told them what kohls customer service said to me and the manager told me that he has heard of that and it ridiculous. So I have made a formal complaint with Kohls and I am just looking to get my money back which is around 190.00 bucks. I just so frustrated now and don’t feel comfortable ordering from kohls.con anymore

Confirming with others Kohl's coupons or cash rewards program is horrible. There is no incentive for me to ever purchase anything through Kohl's. Go ahead and close that is where you are headed. Guess I'll have to become an Amazon customer now,ugh!
