Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

downtown Milwaukee store located on Wisconsin avenue is clean however when i check out items this guy parker was rude by blowing his breath as if he had too many other task to do and also rude to others that helped me on the floor get a better employee overall excellent other staff!

Quality of linens and bath items shoddy. I've given up on Kohls specifically because when washed under normal instructions the products (towels and bedding) shed incredibly when dried. I have a set of linen sheets that when washed have shed baseball size clumps of lint onto the dryer filter for 4-5 wash cycles at this point. Ditto some of their towels. I am also suspicious of their reviews as I previously worked for a company which hired a firm to improve their consumer reviews by flooding their site with glowing reviews. I recognize what appears to be the same pattern with "consumers" reviewing Kohl's offerings.

I was at kohls Noblesville and was given a coupon for $5 off to buy ANYTHING in the store. I found 2 $5 stuffed animals and waited in a long line. By the time I got to the register, I was told I couldn’t use the coupon even though t was advertised that I could buy ANYTHING in the store. They should have honored the coupon. This store does not value its customers.

Not only did I not get the merchandise I ordered nearly a month ago, due to the 3rd party shipper being clueless, I got NO communication from Kohl’s while they blithely charged my card for the goods. Wish I could post a snap of my cut-up store card. Wake up, Kohl’s or you’ll truly go bust.

I ordered two pairs of jeans and returned one using the USPS return label provided. No return tracking info is provided for this method since you drop it off in the outgoing mail drop. I noticed the charge was still on my bill so I contacted customer service - they require a tracking number to help you (with a method that doesn't give you one). After a circular conversation, that suggested I also take it up with the post office, I will end up paying for a pair of jeans I do not have. Kohl's cannot be bothered to email return confirmations, so I'm SOL. Do not return your packages with this method, it's a trap to keep the product and your money. I will be cancelling my card.

I bought sneakers and returned them bc I didn't like them, they then sent me a statement with the charge still on there. I disputed it & lost! I had to pay for an item I don't even have. I closed my account and they didn't even try to stop me. I've been a customer for 15 yrs & this is how they treat their customers? I'll never shop there again.

I bought 2 dresses online. I returned both before my bill was due. For some reason my $9 didn't get credited back of the $119. In additional I was charged interest on the $9!! They will not credit the $9 that should have been!!!

I received a gift card & had a balance of $30 but when I went to use it I was told it was $0.00!!! I spoke with a representative who told me they can give it to me in Kohls cash but not a gift card!!!! Thus means I have 24 days to use it!!! I’m done with Kohls and will let people know that I do not want any more of them!!!!
