Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

This website is awful. You have to constantly refresh in order just to see the project. It takes me forever to browse through the items as I have to constantly click on each item and refresh several times. For such a large company they need to invest more money in their digital infrastructure.

Misleading , coupons and offers are not honored as should be. “ rewards program “ is not accurate. I bought very expensive jewelry is many were bad quality. The last purchase was a cast iron to press steak, meat …. And I washed to use it … but after dry it … RUST showed on handle a top of it . Yucks. Also I bought makeup that wasn’t on stock and after finalizing the purchase… they emailed me that they didn’t have in stock , happens often… plus they told me that I had “ free shipping “ BUT they send me a pick up order…. About 1 hour away 2 hours going and coming back… to pick up an $6/$7 dollars item, not convenience at all. Also…. Buying at the stores became a hassle for customers…. Many employees are rude and disrespectful to customers…

Terrible Store. Placed an Order it was Shipped then Order will Arrive on Friday. Magically 1 Hour from My Home The Order can't be Shipped because of The Weather in New York 80 degrees and Sunny. The Weather there talking about is Rome,NY No where near Syracuse,NY. Now I'm being told 3 days or More but Kohls don't care they got there Money they don't give a $HIT About me.

Ordered some cologne on line on the 8th of July for a birthday present here it is July 19th and still haven't got it it was a online order with a pick up in store, I called the store the supervisor told me it would be June 22 before it's available for pick up! It takes over a month to pick cologne off a shelf??? I'd shop elsewhere KOHLS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

ordered a pair of sneakers on 7/10 delivery was due to be 7/13-7/18. I called on 7/17 because it still showed ups had not even received that package yet on the 17th. customer service said to rest assured that we will get them by the 18th. I noticed my bank was charged on the 17th AFTER I made the phone call. 18th came, no package. so I called customer service yet again and they said it was a ups issue and now to wait until the 22nd. it seems that the forgot to process my order and had I not called the 17th I would still be wondering. v now I will wait till the 22nd but GUARANTEE I will NEVER order from kohls again! if they had mistakenly forgotten to process the order OWN IT! I work in customer service as well and don't blame others for my mistake and tell the truth! HORRIBLE customer service. GOODBYE kohls!

Actually Kohls does not deserve even a one star rating. Today was my last day shopping at Kohls. Second time this happened to me and it happened to my husband and friend also. Took my Kohls coupon to the register and was told that both items were not included with coupon. Oh swimwear isn't included and this manufacturer isn't included. Sorry we are all done with this store

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW I'm absolutely appalled at how this business conducts itself and how misleading and how much of a misrepresentation it is to the general public when it comes to Kohl's and kohls.com. They are two completely separate entities where one will not help the other. Every year around my birthday this company gives me $10 to spend in their store which I appreciate. On my birthday I purchased two large pillows using up most of the $10. I had a week to pick up my order which I did 6 days later in the only Kohl's in our area at zip code 86314, being Prescott Valley, Arizona. While in the store I noticed for the first time when looking at the email, that my order was sitting in a store in Las Vegas. This is not the first time this app has sent my items to Las Vegas. I clearly put in the store that I wanted my order to be sent to but for some reason it ends up 250 miles away. A simple fix would have been to have replaced the two pillows while I was in the store and when I asked somebody in customer service for a manager they said Kohls.com and Kohl's are two completely different entities and cannot interact with each other. The public needs to made be aware of this. I was told basically to waste my time and call customer service. I got a lady called Victoria who with her broken English I had to explain the story twice where I got absolutely nowhere. I asked for a supervisor and instead of one coming on the phone I had to wait for between 3 to 5 minutes while she types out the whole story and then a supervisor finally comes on the phone. I got another person with broken English by the name of Diego who was the requested supervisor. Once again he could not help whatsoever. I called the headquarters at 262-703 7000 to which when you press zero which means 'other,' as I did not want to be redirected back to Kohls.com again it simply loops itself and puts one back onto the menu again. I tried this three times yesterday and finally gave up. I then decided to call the manager of the store in Las Vegas where my two pillows were sitting, hoping that she could get in touch with a manager at my local store where I could pick them up next week. She also informed me that Kohls.com and Kohl's are two separate entities and nothing could be done. She said that she'd request a callback for me from the headquarters to sort this mess out. No one called yesterday so I wasted more time today and attempted to call the headquarters again to which the menu loops itself. I then called back the Las Vegas store where Amelia the manager who I spoke to yesterday is now on vacation so I got another manager called Kathleen. When I simply asked her to call the headquarters for a call back she said 'well I'll get in touch with Amelia she's on vacation right now.' I wouldn't want to be bothered by a store if I was on vacation; Amelia isn't back in the store until a week's time being next Wednesday so I said 'let's forget that I even spoke to Amelia could you please call the headquarters for them to call me back.' The reason why I wanted the pillows when I did is because they were on sale at the time whereas they probably aren't on sale now so I'm not going to get them for the $10 that I originally had. Of course nobody has called me back from headquarters. Does this surprise anybody?

Ordered 6 women's shirts, shipped in three shipments, one is now 2 days late. For the ones I've received, the quality is terrible. Tank tops, all the armholes hang down so low, most of the side of bra shows. Short sleeve armholes are also way too big, hang down too low and fit poorly. When I returned the 1st shipment, the very nice woman at the store said she hears that a lot. Not worth trying again.
