I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option. I changed my shipping/billing address in the app. Placed an order only to have the item say it was being shipped to an old address. I contacted Kohl’s and they told me it was past 30 minutes of order being placed but not to worry I could return it to the store. lol I’m never going to see those items and I’ll be dammed if I’m paying for something I didn’t receive. Get it together kohls. I use to work for your company it was bad than but it is even worse now!

Order two shirts and a hoodie on the 27 of July and it still hasn’t been shipped. Order #6576109825 I was lied to four separate times about delivery date. I had to reach out to them on every occasion, no communication on their end. I will never shop here again and will encourage friends and family to do the same. They have very bad business practices. When the items finally arrive I will without a doubt go to my local Kohl’s and return them.

Kohls is changing my credit card to a Visa rewards card without my permission. Cardholders should have been advised about this and given the opportunity to opt in or out. I don't want a Capitol One Visa. Apparently, the process has begun so I can't stop Kohls from issuing it. I can call AFTER it is issued to change it back to a Kohl's card. If this appears on my credit report as having closed the Capitol One card, I will be taking my complaint up the line.

Trying to purchase kohls anywhere other than the store…. Is a joke. Their app, their website… it’s all impossible. I’m officially done with kohls for this reason

What has happened to Kohls? The store no longer carries my size (petite), so I have to order everything on line. The coupons are useless! Instead of listing the 30 + brand names that are now excluded from using the coupons (the list must be getting too long), they now list the few that are eligible.

I'm ready to boycott Kohl's over their app. It won't open, it freezes and I am extremely frustrated to use it. I worked at Kohl's for 9 years. I've shopped loyally at Kohl's for more than two decades, but the app is so disappointing that I'm done with the store. I can't get my coupons to open.

This review is on Kohl's charge card. When I make a payment it always says it can take a few days for it to come out of your checking. June and July it was taken out of my checking account on the 10th of the month and Kohls says the payment wasn't processed until the 11th or 12th which made it show late. So both months they added me a $40 late fee on their end but said they gave it back to me but yet now in August they're wanting me to pay $40 more than I usually pay. I may just cancel my card

I went to return an item from Amazon to Kohl's in Paramus at Bergen Towne Center. The man behind the counter said I had to go to Whole Foods. The email with the return code said "Kohl's". Whole Foods sent me back to Kohl's. I asked for a manager. The manager at Kohl's said they could not take it back. I showed him the code and asked my friend to resend the code again, this time he took it. I said "Thank you", but the manager and the sales clerk never said " You are welcome" or apologized for the inconvenience of going back and forth. Very sarcastic and rude! Then gave me a discount coupon for my next visit! I'm never shopping there, with or without a coupon!
