I so enjoy going to the store in Rice Lake WI. The service is superb and the store is always clean. The shelves are always full and very well maintained. The discounts are the best and the quality of the clothes is better than most places I have shopped. All of this keeps me coming back year after year.

I went to Kohl’s in North Smithfield, Rhode Island to return a product from Amazon. The gentleman at the counter is name is Kaleb Was very helpful. I didn’t know how to send a package back. Any took his time with me step-by-step until it was finished. You have a great worker there Don’t lose them

I am thrilled with the customer service at Kohls in TR. I asked for help with patio furniture and a rug. I asked a woman, employee, who was moving boxes. She immediately got a flat cart to assist me and another customer to take everything to the register. Then proceeded to assist both of us our merchandise to our cars. The employee is Marta in TR. She is an assist for sure.

If Kohl's reward program is used effectively, one can effectively save a ton of money, especially if they use it on Kohl's clearance items. I bought a Blazer that was $ 45 on clearance and all Kohl's clearance items were 50% off the tagged price, bringing it down to $22.50 and with $20 in Kohl's cash the net cost was $2.50. This was originally $120 and I guess the clearance is due to the color which I like. I've also gotten a $140 top of the line crock pot for half which is $70 and I used Kohl's 40% off coupon knocking the price down to $42 and I used their 20 dollars in Kohl's cash, which is achieved by getting 10 dollars in Kohl's cash for every $50 that is bought and Kohl's gives rewards on the first of the month for using their credit card, so tomorrow I'll have $15 in Kohl's cash to use It's a rather genius way to get the consumer back because the Kohl's cash is always delayed a certain amount of days. Whoever created this program is a mad genius because it does drive business. The Kohl's location I frequent is in Rancho Santa Margarita California, which was recently re-merchandised and it looks really good. The return and exchange area is now downstairs and is easy to access.

Personally, love the store. Nothing but good experiences.
