Purchased an Ugg comforter set for $200 which was a 3 piece set that consisted of 2 pillow shams and a comforter .. The comforter tore in 3 places in 3 days and I had to sew each seam !! Beware of the quality of what you purchase from them in Bedding ...

I've been a Kohls customer for a long long time, and have shopped online and at the store. I had my first big disappointment. I bought an expensive item at their early "Black Friday" sale. On the actual Black Friday the price dropped even more, and they refused to give me the difference back. A suggestion, don't call the sale before Thanksgiving a Black Friday sale if it's not actually one.

I think kohls needs to get a new shipper. If you track it. It seems to take a day or two later. I would think with their volume, they should be able to do better.

Kohls merchandise is way overpriced for medicore merchandise. Poor customer service at this location as no cashier station was open I went to check out at cuustomer service and the lady was reluctant to check me out and help me with my coupons. I spent my kohls cash and will never be going to this location again. They only give you kohls cash and discounts to keep coming back however one of my orders online I did not receive my $20 kohls cash so it is not worth the trouble. I hope $20 is worth loosing a customer for.

This is a nice store, I feel like the women's clothes have gotten a little frumpy, though. But I did just see a pair of jeans on sale that I'm going to go back for! Who knows what else I might find!

I ordered five T-shirts, seems like its no brainier put all of them in one package and ship it!!! Needless to say the order came in five packages, what a colossal waste of packing material and fuel for delivery trucks!!! It's also hard to keep track of stuff when it arrives in the span of four days, I'm glad id did not order 20 items, I would never be able to figure out if I received all of them!!!

They have a great selection of items, but you have to play the sale pricing game. I attempted to order something online twice; the first order was cancelled for being out of stock, second all my items were received damaged because they shipped in a bag instead of a box.

I have been a Kohl's customer for years and never had problems with my bill or ordering online until this year. I ordered a Frozen 2 Olaf hooded bath towel 3 weeks ago. It still says it's in Louisville, KY. I won't be shopping at Kohl's like I used to.
