I placed an order on July 22 with a delivery dsye of July 28. As of today, July 29 the items still haven't arrived and there is no updated travking info since the 26th. Contacted customer service who said I have to wait 6 more days before they can do anything. Absolutely no regard for customer service/satisfaction

Kohls has perfected the art of the scam. We tried to buy a watch today. My daughter found it on her phone but we switched to my phone because my kohls account is linked to my bank. However the watch cost on my account $40.00 more. Same item, same everything. Needless to say, we did not place the order with my account. We bought it using my daughter’s phone and my credit card. I will be closing my account. They are ripping off their loyal customers.

Ordered Levi's in long length, received medium length (marked as long -- so defective pair/bad quality control). Since I'm not near a Kohl's store, I have to pay to return them. They will not budge on their return policy. Will never shop at kohls.com again!

I ordered 2 rugs from Kohls. I paid $100. They ordered the 2 rugs from Amazon and Amazon charges $10 per rug. That's $20 total! Kohls won't match the price so I have to go return them in order the rugs, I really want from amazon for the low price. In my defense, I did check Amazon also and did not see these rugs for sale. Until they came from kohl's with an amazon sticker on them. I took a picture of the rugs that came and put It in Amazon search. And it came up with the exact rugs at the discounted price, which is really all they're worth, because they're very thin, and not good for doormats, to wipe your feet on. I did not expect this kind of conduct from kohl's and a refusal to match the price that they got them for obviously.

Poor experience I had with your online chat customer support team today. The representative I spoke with was condescending, rude, and unwilling to assist me with my issue. This level of service is unacceptable and did not resolve my problem.

I ordered a 5 piece outside furniture set mid June. Was supposed to arrive within a week. After 3 weeks I called customer service and told them I never received the item. They came back and said that furniture is no longer available. I never received an email stating that. I told customer service want my money back. I then asked to speak to a manager, waited at least 20 mins or more on the phone to talk to a manager. He assured me that I would get a refund within 7 to 10 business days. A week later I received an email stating that they accepted my request for a refund and would put the money back in my account that I paid from. Now 14 days have passed and I contacted customer service again. Went through the whole issue again. Customer service then told me that she's sorry for the inconvenience but you will receive the money within 7 to 14 days. Asked again to speak with a manager and after waiting 30 minutes the call got disconnected. I highly recommend do not order furniture or any large items from Kohls. They are very unreliable and just try to get you off the phone as fast as they can with telling you lies. I will not be going to Kohl's or ordering from them again.

The chat option is just terrible. Just trying to get it to an agent was awful. Finally the chat would ask if I wanted to talk to an agent. I would say yes. Chat would ask for my name and email and order number. I went and put in my order number and it ask all the questions again. Then it said an agent would be on shortly. Then it asked me it i wanted to talk to an agent again and all the questions. I've never had good luck with chat. This is not the first time trying to use it.

Horrendous. Placed order a week ago. Automated system saying order not recognized. Customer service saying conflicting things. Says order in fulfillment for 5 days. Customer service blaming store and store blaming customer service. Better options out there than waste time dealing with this.
