I went to Sephora inside kohl’s to get my bday gift. The lady asked for my email to look up my Sephora account, after she said she needed my phone number etc so next time they can look me up by phone number. Well she was singing me up for the Kohl’s rewards program which she never said and I would’ve said no since I deleted my kohls account few years back! I told the store supervisor and called customer service and deleted thr online account but customer service people have NO CLUE what I wanted done between the online account and rewards account I never signed up for, and that’s including a supervisor who I spoke to. She had no idea the rules and policy. They need to learn their policy for the company they work for. I called few times and each of them gave me different answers!!!!

They have Fictitious/Deceptive pricing. Do not give proper Price adjustment. Have 40 min wait time to get an overseas CSR. I have had many issues with not being able to Log on to Website and Emails that account is locked to reset Password when I havent even been on the Website. I will no longer be shopping here!

I have been a cardholder since 2005. Kohl's arbitrarily canceled my Kohl's card because I hadn't used it in several months (extremely busy year - we moved from one state to another and our son got married). I had gone several months in years before with no issues. Furthermore, there was no warning from them that my card was pending closure. No notice at all. Kohl's management: this is a really lousy way to retain shoppers. Just saying. I don't think I will bother with opening a new card.

I went to the Northland Ave location in Appleton last black Friday. I bought 2 blankets and paid cash. Before I paid, the cashier kept pressuring me about opening up an account. I didn't really want to because it IS the busiest shopping day of the year. She said I'd save 20% more if I was approved. Ok, I was approved. I paid my bill and went on my way. I received my credit card a few weeks after but never activated it. I started getting bills for items I already bought, also on my bill it didn't list any items, just what my total was that day. $39.00 original bill, now they have sent it on to a bill collector and I owe like $500.00 in bogus charges. I had talked with customer service multiple times and all they said was I need to find my receipt. Umm, at this point 3 mths had passed since my purchase so I did not have my receipt. I have reached out to my Allstate fraud program to look into this. Shame on you Kohl's. You've lost a lifetime client over $39.00 that were trying to get me to pay again.

USPS returned my order to sender, marked the ordered as undeliverable. That was Aug 21st. I am still waiting for a refund. Totally unacceptable, KOHL'S is the only business I have had this problem with and will definitely not be e shopping there again

First, attempting to sign into Kohl's website is terrible. I can't count the number of times I have tried to log in and receive the message: "We are experiencing technical difficulties at this time. Please try again later". I get that message, for the most part, every time I try to log in. Today, I finally got through, after being on hold for a ridiculously long time, and was able to speak with Customer Service. I am receiving notices of overdue payments, with late charges, yet Customer Service is unable to bring up my account, even after providing an account number and SSN, both valid. Now, I am 'waiting' for a return call to attempt to correct this problem. In the meantime, I apparently have money due to Kohl's, with late charges, and no answers. In closing, I wonder what exactly Kohl's does with these Reviews. Are they read? Is Kohl's looking at how to correct any of these issues? It won't bother Kohl's at all, but once I get this issue taken care of, I am cutting up my Card and will only deal with cash when, and if, I shop at Kohl's again.

I had to return something from khols and something from amazon. the lady for the khols return was very nasty and rude. Then I went to the amazon return and the lady was very nice and helped me. She could not return it because it was bought from a 3rd party. I then went to go return it again and it was out of the return window. So, I now am out 200 dollars. I think they need to make their amazon person a little more about amazon.

I attempted to pay my bill over the telephone and I encountered too many problems: 1. It doesn't recognize the account number or the alternate ID Social Security number, no matter how many times I attempted. Something got messed up. It is not fixed on time. 2. It doesn't allow enough time to type. 3. Too long a wait to talk to a live representative. 4. Overall it is a boring experience, it stinks. Satyam Kundula
