Never order from them online!!! I recently ordered a perfume set for my girlfriend, and it was confirmed and I was told I’d get a secondary email online when it was ready to be picked up. After three weeks of no message and a promised time of around 10 days, I went in store to try and pick it up just to have gotten an email the night before saying it had been canceled. Horrific service and experience. They haven’t even issued me a refund yet! What a joke!!

Fool me once on a delivery, But twice! that's why I canceled my shopping account and will NEVER buy another thing from Kohls again. The store can stay empty, I say online they sell you stuff they don't have in stock just for the sales then have your money for 14 days to play with now I have to wait for the money to be returned.

TRASH! I had had an account with them since 2011 and not one credit increase. I never had a late payment, I always paid on time. And like another reviewer said, they lack basic English skills and competence! I couldn’t have said that better myself. And the only time I ever use them was the holidays or family members birthdays. Once I paid my account off, I closed it. I will not be ordering from them again. Twice their account was hacked and took money from customers, and I had to go through a supervisor for them to fix it. I still find it disgusting how a site like that can be hacked twice! Be able steal money out your account and they took no accountability whatsoever. I had to go through my credit card company to put the money back, which was 100+ dollars total and all Kohl’s offered was a five dollar credit!!!.

I have always loved Kohl’s. They had the best customer service and return policy. Then sometime this fall, they handed over their credit card to Capital One. I go into my account and I have a capital one Visa, which I never received and I don’t want. I call Capital One, I explained to the woman that I don’t want that card and I never received it even though it’s in my account. I told her I just wanted a regular Kohl’s card. She said she would cancel that card and send me out a regular Kohl’s card. In the meantime, I don’t have access to my account. I’m not sure when I need to pay my bill. A few weeks later I get a letter saying that I can activate my new card that I never received and it’s a Kohl’s Visa. So I get back on the phone with customer service wait on there for 20 minutes and they hang up on me. I’ve always done a majority of my Christmas shopping at Kohl’s, but it looks like that won’t be the case this year because I probably won’t have it straightened out by then! I’m not sure why they screwed up a good thing. Good luck, Kohl’s.

Just don’t! Online order with two weeks lead time for needed event and latest estimated arrival date shown at time of order was still a week out, plenty of time. Wrong. They create the label for tracking and it just sits….. no update, lied blaming shipper, next day chat they confessed it hasn’t left the facility and don’t know when it will or where it is even coming from. “So sorry for the inconvenience” offered a $5 kohls cash. Now I’ll be scrambling when I should have had more than enough time.I’m sure getting my money back is going to be fun. Never again.

Have had a Kohls card for years! Now Capital one is being pushed down our throats and they have the worst customer service of any credit company. I am cancelling my card due to this. Goodbye Kohls. So many competitors to choose from.

Shocking customer service ! I think after my order get delivered I won’t be putting any money into this store. Some of your cust service agents lack basic language skills ! And are totally lacking in competence.

Completely incompetent customer service as far as kohls.com. Would be helpful if they could speak English. What the hell happened to this store? Used to love it. New Kohls Visa would not allow me to use my 30% off so I lost it, and the response it, so sorry about that. So sorry I will never use your store again!
