I was in your Fairview heights Il store last week it was it was terrible I had a gift certificate for your store and couldn’t find anything to buy! I have never seen the store look so bad! Clothes selection was terrible not sure I will be back☹️

They canceled my store card and tried to give me a Kohls Visa issued by Capital One. I never approved this and did not activate the new Visa. It is impossible to speak to ANY ONE who can help you. This organization has the WORST customer service you can imagine. Stay away from this store and be very very careful with any store or credit cards offered.

Why do you guys make things so difficult? It’s easier to pay with a debit card number because right in front of you thanks for changing it and then charge me for your guises mistake and then when you call all I get is an automated system. Got like 10 different numbers which one is it so I can speak to a representative I am so dissatisfied with your guises business. Put it back where you can use your debit card and pay online or call and pay that way. Otherwise you’re just gonna lose customers cause you’re gonna lose me wrote: I am very frustrated with you guys. You guys changed the payment plan deal I was able to use my debit card last month to make a payment. I cannot make a payment because you want my routing number and my account number. I don’t have that I had my debit card and I paid it that way the month before that I like to stick to it that way I was out of town so I was unable to make the payment so you guys charge me $29 interest For what you guys change the payment deal which is bull

First of all been a 8 year customer, and Loved Kohls but since they moved their accounts to Captial one its horrible, my payment has always been on the same date, I always pay in person and now they want to sign you up to schedule your payments, seems like they don't want to to pay them in person , the agent asked me to confirm my address numerous times ,I never received a card from them ,he kept saying they the statement also comes via email, I asked him what email and then states oh yeah we don't have one on your account .. I will be paying my balance and quiting Kohls ,Captial One has a higher interest and is a known company to aquire debt.. No mine no more!! If I really need something from Kohls I will be paying cash ,no more CC ..Hope Kohls Corp really thought this merger would be a good idea! 👎

Woowee, the call I had today took 20 minutes to pick up and there was tv noise in the background and people talking giving me a headache, and customer rep did not hang up in order to provide the survey. Reevalute your customer service vendor kohls !

I had a Kohls card for at least 20 years and purchased many things in store and on line. I enjoyed having my MVP status and the coupons but in the last couple of years when purchasing it seems most items that I want to purchase are not covered by some exclusion. I'm am seriously thinking about cutting up my card. A lot of the prices are quite expensive without that coupon.

What an absolute waste of a phone call. I called the 1-888 number regarding a billing question. I have autopay so I couldn't figure out why I received a bill in the mail that said I had to pay it otherwise I would be charged late fees. I spoke with Gia on October 19th at about 7:15 p.m.. she had no idea what she was talking about, refused to admit it, kept repeating the same thing even though that was not the question I was asking, and then when she no longer wanted to do her job, she said something like" looks like we've answered all your questions. My name is gia. Thank you for calling". I tried to stop her from hanging up and said I wasn't finished but she just hung up on me. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unbelievable. If you're going to have people answering your phone, Kohl's, train them in content and professional communication skills. It's mind-boggling how moronic these phone calls are.

I ordered two gifts to two different states. When I checked the order status one hour later, they were both being shipped to my home, in a third state. I called immediately and was told there was nothing they could do. I had to wait until they were delivered and then return them for a refund and re-order. I finally got to speak to a supervisor and was told the same, but she at last said she could cancel the orders and I would receive a refund in the next thirty days. Unbelievable, undependable and how can they not fix an error on their part if it's not caught in the first 15 minutes? Moral of the story, check your order status immediately to be sure it's correct or you're screwed. Or, alternatively, DO NOT ORDER FROM KOHLS.COM.
