Had a gift card for Kohl's. I was able to find a nice holly shirt and high rise pants. The store was very clean, too.

Visted your store in St Peter's MO. Received excellent service from Teresa. We want to thank her for taking the time to answer our questions about the merchandise and taking us to the areas where we could find the items. Teresa was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

I want to say what a wonderful worker the Kohl’s on 71st in Tulsa has in their employ. Saskia has helped me several times and in many ways. She is always knowledgeable and patient. Kohl’s please reward this great employee.

I love Kohl’s!! It’s a great store where I can always find something to wear at a reasonable price. They have “reduced racks” throughout the store. Also, they have reduced clothing, pajamas, underwear, and bras. They also have a 180 day return policy, which I love. 

I have been shopping at kohls for last 16 years. Tonight I went into the Deer Park kohls last minute for jeans for my son. I could not find his size in the regular section. I went up to a worker and asked for help and for the first time ever I was not told to make a right turn and then a left turn. She helped me find what I needed and brought me to all the spots in the store where they could possibly be. She went through each pile to help me until I had what I needed. Nellie is is who helped me. On top of that she was so sweet and helped another customer along the way who did not speak English at all. She was very patient and super nice. Best employee ever!! She really went above and beyond what any employee has ever done at any store I have ever been to. Thank you Nellie.

After having problems with the Kohl’s store at the Cascade Plaza in Kent, Ohio, I have shopped at no less than 4 Kohl’s stores in the area. This includes Stow-Kent, Niles, Akron, and Canton. I had a phenomenal experience at the South Akron store on Arlington. ANDREA was the only cashier on duty and it was late in the day. She was very young. She patiently answered my questions regarding Kohls Cash. She even showed me how on the receipt. I know her answer was correct and complete because a more experienced staff member was working on other things but also listening to every word. I told her about my experience at the Kent store on Tallmadge Road and thanked her for doing such a great job. I also told her I would write this review since I wrote a review on my bad experience. That comment got a literal thumbs up from the more senior staff members. Customer service is obviously valued at the South Akron store on Arlington. I value customer service. Thank you.
