Kohls.com is a great company. Online ordering is easy and with coupons and promo codes, prices can be super reasonable! Don't get hung up on their "regular" price; be an informed shopper and decide if the merchandise minus the discounts is a good buy. I have placed 3 orders in the last 2 months. Everything came when expected! Kohl's cash is nice, but can be a pain if you need to return any items purchased with it.

I love shopping at kohl's (Grandforks,nd)I shop there often,they have these great "comfort stretch" pants that I love&wear out on date or for work,But today 1/17/2017,I felt I was being watch by one of the employees, she followed me when I went from the make-up dept to the jewelry dept.I almost ask her are yo uh watching me? That really made me angery.

Bought a Winter jacket on January 9/2017 and received it today 1/13/2017 and tried it on and I love it!! I purchased 2 other jackets that were wrong size and than wasn't the same jacket but each time I took it back to Kohl's they were very nice and professional. I totally would buy from them again.

I have always loved this store. Last year I was honored to have worked there. My co-workers were great and most of the managers were too.

Year after year I take my kids back to Kohls to find the best deals on the looks my kids want... because you know from year to year it changes quite a bit!

Delivery not as quick as some other places, but sales can be amazing.

I just finished my ONLINE Kohl's survey, which doesn't give space for a comment. While I enjoy shopping at this store, and do so frequently-- It would be nice if Kohl's sent the Kohl's cash-- since there's many instances when I will purchase a gift, then go back and buy something for myself, and after going to lunch with friends-- return to Kohl's and buy something I saw earlier... These purchases often tally up to more than the $50, for the Kohl's cash-- but, if I don't remember to go to customer service with all of my receipts (which happened just this week-end)-- then I don't get the bonus. I LOVE a bargain-- so, even though the prices are good, I STILL MISS the extra-- that I know I missed out on. Does this make sense to you? (TEN DOLLARS-- is a BIG incentive for coming back, to nearly everyone I know-- and, that's why I KEEP SHOPPING with you-- SO OFTEN!) P.S.-- Had I waited until Thursday, I would have received an additional ten dollars off the purchase I made today-- it was attached to my Kohl's Cash, so I didn't notice the date 'til I was checking out. WISH I'd waited on the purchase I made today-- as that would have mean-- quite a difference in price, as well. (THERE were plenty of the products that I was interested in. so two days wouldn't have made any difference-- except in the purchase price.) It's summer-- I'm only shopping due to the sales right now-- so, savings matters to me.
