I wish the Kohls at Yukon had not taken out the jewelry department. Since they put in the new cosmetic store the selection in clothing has gone down. I’ll probably go to a Kohl’s that doesn’t have the cosmetics it or just go somewhere else too buy clothes.

Please be aware that if you purchase in store buy one get one half off and then look at it when you get home and it's a cheaper price online, they will not adjust or refund you that difference in price or cost. They will tell you to go back to the store return it and order it online. This just seems really inconvenient to customers who have purchased a lot of items from this store and online. Sometimes you need an item immediately and don't have time to wait for it to be shipped but I guess that's just the customer's problem. No consideration for people buying things and keeping the store in business I guess. Also had a really hard time getting through to customer service to begin with.

I generally like shopping there, i go to the jericho location, but lately havent been able to find anything i like. Theyre very good about returns though and always have some kind of deal going. Hopefully the holiday season has better outfits.

I purchased a pair of Sonoma Curvy Fit Jeans at Kohl’s because they had a great sale. The next day, I opened the bag the jeans were in and the jeans smelled terrible, I have never smelled anything like it, it was a strong chemical odor. I’d planned on returning them but I don’t believe the gentleman gave me my receipt because I can’t find it, and I keep all of my receipts together. Anyway, I kept the jeans and washed them to see if the odor would come out and the waistband is the only part of the jeans that I can lightly smell the odor. A second wash should do the trick. I have been buying jeans for years and this is the first time I’ve ever had this issue. The crazy part is, they are the best fitting jeans I’ve ever purchased. I want more, but WITHOUT THE CHEMICAL SMELL!!!

Overall, I've had good previous experience with Kohl's. However, their online store doesn't allow for more than one payment method -- which has caused me to not be able to purchase items easily if I need to pay add payment for a purchase that is above my Kohl's card limit. This has cost me the loss of discounts more than once which prevented me from making the planned purchase.

They don’t have a contact # on their page. So by the time you find it, after googling it for 30 mins, & you call them, they say it’s “too late” to make any modifications! Wth? I Know I put “ship to me”, & they’re still shipping it to the store, 45mins to 1 hour from where I live. & I don’t want them to cancel it! -The only other option! & I wanted to change the color of a shirt. Should be simple. But nope! Wth?you only have 15 mins to modify an order-even tho, you can NOT find their contact # to do so! & do NOT fall for the “sending u $10” BS! It’s a scam! They’ll charge u $15/month! & they aren’t even associated with Kohl’s. TG I read the fine print before clicking “yes” & “send”. I love buying “Elizabeth & James” clothes, when I can. They’re the ‘only’ clothes I don’t buy at GoodWill. Seriously. I just wish the buying experience wasn’t so unpleasant. This happened the last time I ordered something from them. I don’t want to have to drive an hour away to get my shirt. Plus, pay the S&H fees. Like I’ll have to do in the future. JS. (I prob won’t buy anything in the future online.) They should have free shipping all the time. It’s the only way I’ll ever order anything online. & I don’t do credit cards. Being debt-free is awesome! But KUDOS on NOT SELLING “MYPILLOW”!! That guy sucks. & so does his products. I hate “my pillow”. Threw mine out after I heard he was supporting Trump & his bigoted cronies! 👏 👏 people that think this election was stolen are blind to the fact the GoP really DID try to steal the election, but the Dems did NOT. If they actually watched or read the news on a regular basis, they’d know this. But they think it’s all “fake” bc of the propaganda that their liar n chief spread. So sad-the blind.

I have always supported Kohls I think they have good sales actually average clothes but that’s OK I have always gotten a good value however when I heard about a boycott towards my pillow I was extremely upset I am right down the middle of my politics but I do not like the places that I spend my money to take a side America is to divided to keep this up and so I ask for you reconsider your boycot on any merchandise in the future
