Placed an order online for store pickup and was told to wait "a while" before going to the store to pick it up. I waited 3 hours and went to the store for pickup. No one could find the order and they said it "probably wasn't ready yet". I returned home then looked online for any information that it was available for pickup and found that the order had been canceled. I was never notified. I called CS and was informed that the order must be shipped to me at additional cost and could not be picked up at the store. I will now look elsewhere for this order.

Won't be going back. I've had issues in the past with Kohl's not giving the advertised discounts. This time I'm done. As a veteran I went to Kohl's to take advantage of their advertised 30% discount to vets on Veteran's Day. Spent an hour shopping and trying on clothes. Ended up with over $250 for to coats and a hat. Went to the checkout and none of the three different items qualified for the discount. Nothing. I don't like playing games and this is disrespectful to vets. Won't read the fine print and brand disqualifications. Just list a price, not playing the game.

They tried to charge me for two pairs of pants, luckily I caught it and this wasn’t the first time. This was on November 5. November 10 we went back and my daughter bought a pair of pants and we should have got a $10 reward and never received it. This kohls is at Taylor Michigan, they need to stop ripping people off.

Zero way to connect with complaint about a store where I live --They do not take calls about store complaints! UNACCEPTABLE on every level. You can't even call the toll free # and get a CSR to listen to the issues you had with the store!

I have been a Kohls customer for about 6 years. During this time I have shopped in store and on line. The selection in store is less then desirable,not to mention the store in waynesboro va looks like a tornado hit it. I decided to order on line as the selection was much better. I ordered a men's dress coat, when I received it it was not the jacket I ordered. I returned it to the store, understanding people make mistakes, and got a refund. Later I ordered pants and again was sent something completely different from what I had ordered. Returned and refunded again. My wife found a sweater she liked, ordered it and again we got something completely different then what was ordered. Called customer service and they decided to resend the order only to receive the wrong item again. Contacted customer service again. They chose to resend the order once more, only us to receive the WRONG item for the 3rd time. Against our better judgment decided to order a nice Makasa candle warmer, ( no way they could screw this one up). Relieved the candle warmer opened the box only to find a completely broken candel warmer inside. SHOCKER ! We will be returning this to the store for an exchange or refund. KOHLS HAS LOST OUR BUSINESS FOREVER on line or in store ! This is beyond ridiculous !!!!!!!

I bought an Under Armor shirt. I thought it seemed more expensive than the same shirt, I purchased recently. I received the shirt and noticed that the shirt had an msrp of $39.99 but Kohls sold it for $45. I disliked this and always thought Kohls charged more, then would offer an item on sale but it would be the price competitors charged. I wrote a review and gave it 2 stars because of the price and included a picture of the shirt and the tag. My honest review was rejected. I think I am officially done with Kohls.

Tried ordering Adidas Mens Slides. On 3 separate orders I ordered Mens Adilitte Comfort Slides and each time was sent Adilitte Shower Slides. 1st time returned them to Kohls and reordered. 2nd time I called Customer Service they replaced an order. 3rd returned to Kohls and giving up on the warehouse ever sending me the correct item. Very displeased.

HALF STAR only. Applied to get a Kohl's CapitalOne… Applied to get a Kohl's CapitalOne Rewards Visa card, I was enticed by the sales promotional sign of a 40% discount. They would not grant me an immediate approval, and said they wanted further time??. So I paid for it with my regular CapitalOne card... yes really. A week later I got a letter stating they needed my SS # and government Photo ID to process the application further strange since I supplied at the retail location. After speaking with FIVE different folks, at Kohl's and/or Capital One I withdrew the application because NO ONE knew what was going on and could not give me a reasonable response as to why they wanted my information again. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer responses, the process is flawed, and I would be careful with them.Both KOHL'S and Capital One.
