I do not recommend working here. Look elsewhere. Looks are deceiving. Manager and Front-end cashier are rude and degrading, and there is usually not enough help (probably because of this). It is a place that will ruin your mental health and how you feel about yourself and work performance as well. I strongly caution anyone who is not used to the military style of learning to please look elsewhere. They will tell you once, and YOU BETTER REMEMBER IT!!!!!!! Coming home with heart palpitations and chest pains and being so scared to walk into work and to ask questions that you are shaking and dizzy is definitely not something I want to see for anyone else. Please, Please, Please do your research on any job before just applying. Read reviews, walk around the store, watch the interactions between how the higher ups treat their employees and go in and even meet the manager before applying. Also, if you walk into a business and you see employees wearing headsets, I will also say apply with great caution. The manager will use that as a way to talk down to you and get extremely irate if you don't answer her the first time. Let's say you are with a customer and can't or don't hear her words, she will get very upset if she has to say it twice AND not to mention half of the time, she talks way too fast and not clearly to begin with. Also be aware of the front-end cashier who is very belittling also and makes you feel worthless and very, very afraid to ask a question. Even when you are not up front she still uses that radio to bully other employees on the floor about their work style and how they do their job. The training is very hurriedly done so if you are not a fast learner or catch on quickly you will be very unhappy there because they DO NOT like questions. I have had many discussions with fellow employees who feel the same way there and are even crying in the break room, and that is so unacceptable. Please stay away from this toxic workplace, and find work where you are appreciated.

I ordered a hoodie online. It arrived with the anti-theft device attached. I contacted customer service. The first representative was unhelpful and hung up on me while waiting for her supervisor. I then had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to get a hold of another representative who also only offered that I go into the nearest store (30 miles away) or get a refund. Refused to offer any sort of discount or compensation. Not helpful or apologetic.

Ordered Tommy white shirt this thanksgiving. Packaged with mutiple folds stuffed in plastic bag and shirt quality seemed no better. Basically shirt appeared used and wrinkled all over so cant gift to anyone neither can wear directly to work. Going to return to store, but it's concerning kohls has gone so downhill.

I ordered some socks and t shirts on November 17. Sat in Indianapolis for 6 days. I called about the order on November 26. Said to call back in 2 days (surprise…that’s Thanksgiving). What’s the bigger surprise? After I called, the package suddenly started moving through the system and showed up on November 29. I have always had good experience with Kohl’s, but this really ticked me off. I have thoughts on why, but probably should keep them to myself.

I have an account at Kohl's and received the mailing before Thanksgiving with coupons to spend. My husband & I especially went to the store to buy some Christmas toys. (Nowhere in the fine print did the coupons say you couldn't use them on toys.) When I go to the register, the cashier said, "These coupons don't work on toys. We bought them anyway, since we spent so much time searching for the right toy. Then, I earned $20.00 Kohl's Cash. However, even though I earned the reward, it expired in a very short time. I am very disappointed and don't plan to shop at Kohl's again.

I ordered an item that was on sale for 15.99....i was charged 27.99 after I hit purchase. I am convinced it was intentional. Watch your purchase price and make sure it matches your receipts. There has not been one supervisor available in the last week to complain to. I will not be back. Not that that will matter ....but I feel tricked. I will be returning and I spend a lot of money there. :)

I purchased a $75 e-gift card online from Kohl’s to help a family in need buy two coats for their children this winter. The transaction was processed successfully through our nonprofit’s PayPal account, but the mother never received the gift card. I contacted customer service via the Kohl’s website chat, where I was told the order had been cancelled due to a need for “verification” and was instructed to call an 800 number. After spending 15 minutes on the phone with a representative, I was told I could purchase another gift card. I asked why I would do that when the first card wasn’t delivered, and I hadn’t received a refund or any notification of the cancellation. The representative couldn’t explain what "verification" meant and claimed a refund had been issued but couldn’t provide a confirmation number. Escalating the issue led nowhere. I don’t shop at Kohl’s, and after this experience, I doubt I ever will. Thankfully, I was able to send the family a $75 Amazon gift card, which was delivered immediately, ensuring the children will stay warm this winter. Kohl’s handling of this situation was disgraceful. I’ll let legal handle it from here.

Gone to trash. Website NEVER WORKS. Won't log you in. CONSTANT password issues.... I could go on. They've crashed and burned. Can go to hades.
