On December 5th I had called kohls 1-855 number and a lady answered, she spoke well but I knew she was a foreigner. 3 minutes into our call she was mid sentence when someone came up and beat her so bad 7/8 thuds and I heard her fall on the ground, she must of had a head set on, I heard her start moaning and breathing wrong, then after like 4 moans she started snoring. I instantly knew by what I heard that the lady who took my call was beaten and dying. I called every number under the sun for Kohls the moment someone hung the phone up on her end. I knew she needed 911 or whatever the protocol would be if an employee was in dire trouble….not 1 person understood what I heard for 7 minutes, no 1 could tell me who I was connected too. I cried all night! The lady was in mid sentence then something awful and horrifying happened. Also how does a snoring person hang up a phone? I was able to record 2 of her snores then was hung up on. I left a voicemail to someone in Wisconsin at a Kohls headquarters and today that man proceeded to lie to me at every turn. Saying she’s fine, she’s at work today. So I asked him ok what happened with the lady and it needs to make sense with all that I heard and he did not answer me! pure awful how I know that man was evading my every question. I will be scarred forever as 100% of me knows my voice was the last voice that employee of Kohls in THE COUNTRY EL SALVADORE HEARD….the man said the lady is fine(lie) BUT what about me!!!! I can’t unhear it………….awful

Who ever thought it was a good idea to make people returning items wait in a purchase line!?!? BAD IDEA!! What a waste of my time! I guess that's how they keep you from returning things!!

Placed an order over a week ago and the item hasn't actually shipped. Because a UPS tracking number was generated, it shows as shopped but item never received by shipper. Online support gas 100's of people waiting for help. Worst online shopping experience. I regret ordering anything from them.

Kohl's Kash Rewards is a SCAM! I earned $15 in Kohl's Kash with a specific purchase. When I placed the order, Kohl's specified that this product earned a $15 Kohl's Kash Coupon to be used during a certain time period. Kohl's sent me an email with a Kohl's Kash coupon for $15. When I placed an order & tried to redeem the $15 coupon, Kohl's only honored $10.69. I read over the entire terms concerning Kohl's Kash. There was nothing in the terms stating anything about reducing the amount of your Kohl's Kash coupon that you earned. Also ordering online for local pick up is an absolute NIGHTMARE. It took an HOUR to place an order for 3 items, because the website kept reverting my pick up store location to a store 90 miles from my home in a different state. I live in south central Pennsylvania & the pick up location kept reverting to a store in Delaware. I kept having to change the store location to my local Kohl's Store & the #$%@ pick up location kept reverting back to the Delaware store! For Every. Single. Item. Every. Single. Time!! I'd add something in the cart & the pick up location reverted back to the Delaware store location. EVERY. SINGLE ITEM that I put in the cart. This was my LAST Kohl's purchase that I will EVER make.

I’d give zero if I could. Spent 351.01 on November 24. Here we are ten days later still pending. Plus…. They have twice now pulled 69.14 out of my account for the same order. I contacting them and they apologized and said it’s holding the money to make sure it all goes through but should only take 7 days. It’s been 10 days and they just keep pulling money out of my account for no reason and holding my money I work for just cz they can. God help this country when everything goes digital

Order a shark hair dryer online. Package showed delivered. I asked neighbors, nothing was delivered. Contact customer service and they told me my only option was to dispute the charge with my credit card. Absolutely absurd option. They were very unhelpful and wouldn’t entertain doing anything about it and I should dispute the charge. Absolutely ridiculous

They shut down my card without notice so I can't order anything online. The customer service guy I had to talk to from Capital One was terrible. He failed to explain anything properly and NEVER proposed a single solution. Apparently Kohl's made some changes, then Capital One made some changes. They deactivated many of customers' existing cards without any notice of any kind. Then they give your account a new number and pretend that they don't know that number. So now I can't buy anything until my new card arrives in the mail in 4-6 days when the items are no longer on sale. Why the heck didn't they just mail out new cards when they shut off the old ones?

Kohls does not allow for account removal. Nothing works online. Calls will not go through to customer service. And the unsubcribe from emails errors out. Time to create a class action suit against this woke and abusive business practice.
