The customer service is so frustrating, seems like they just don't want to refund the money on the items that I haven't even received.

I was very disappointed with my online ordering experience. I was sent a popup offering a 15% discount if I signed up to recieve their texts. I used the code at checkout and was told the coupon was accepted. When I recieved order confirmation it was not included. I called customer service and they claimed the items were ineligible. The items were not listed in the coupon small print nor are ineligible items listed anywhere on the website. They could tell you anything was ineligible at anytime with no "proof". They tricked me with a quid pro quo offer, and took my personal information without honoring what they promised. Bait and switch. It was completely unethical.

This is my first time in 20 year even look at Kohl's and this year 2024 was my very first time very ordering an something on Kohl's.com and well be my last. On Dec. 6, 2024 I place an order as a Christmas gift for my wife. Kohl's sent me an email advising me the order well be delivered by either Dec 16th or 17th and a tracking number. No worries I thought. On Dec 10th I looked up the tracking number that Kohl's had sent me to find out that it was not a real tracking number. I contacted Kohl's via phone. The person I spoke with advised me and insured me that the order was on it way and UPS had it and would be delivered by Dec 17. On Dec 18th still nothing. The same day I contacted Kohl's again to find out the product that I had order was never in stock and the website was showing in stock and had shipped. The customer service person the advised me that Kohl's well refund my money but it well take 30's to process. So I order the same product from WALMART for about 40 dollars less. I tried to give Kohl's a shot but I well never order from them again. Customer service the first time I spoke with them should have advised me the the product was out of stock so I could order it from some where else.

I will NEVER EVER order online orders from Kohl's again. I ordered a Christmas present on December 10 and the tracking indicates I MAY get my order on December 20. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!

First of all you can't speak to a live person at customer service unless you call an actual store! Their customer service socks! Secondly, when I did get to speak with someone all they can say is there's nothing we can do about an order I placed online a week that was supposed to be here today to wear for Christmas. It's only a shirt! Now it's going to be here next week past when I'm supposed to wear it! No more business with Kohls!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been a Kohl's customer for years and have always enjoyed their store. Ordered something online as a Christmas gift. When it didn't arrive on time I called and customer service refused to do anything to help me. Instead I had to wait for 5 to 7 days to see if it would arrive. Clearly it didn't arrive and now they said they'll send a new one out which will arrive in January and not in time for Christmas. Items were in stock. They could have sent it the first time but they're too worried about the almighty dollar. This may be the end of my relationship with Kohl's, it definitely is with Kohl's online. The worst customer service ever!

So sad to see the store in such disarray! the layout is as sad looking as all the Marshall's stores :( it's looking more like an outlet store. Dissapointing I will not shop there anymore (Burbank, IL. location).
