Kohls is my “go to” store and always a pleasant experience. The staff could not be more professional or helpful. I’m always impressed with how easily they find discounts for me when checking out. Their customer service is A++. Roberta is just one of those I had the pleasure to seek help from.

The experience I had was when I checked out. The gentleman that checked me out at store 0251 (michael) was very nice, respectful and helpful. The manager (female) was very rude. It was at 10p.m.

It has been a brutal holiday season! Had to work black friday thought I would swing into Kohls beforehand for a few Christmas list items. Had the absolute sweetest Cashier named Sheila who helped me navigate all the discounts attached to my kohls card. She made my day!!!! AAAA++++++ costumer service from Sheila.
