KOHLS IS A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY; WHOMEVER GETS TREATED ANY WAY, OTHER THAN RESPECTFUL, I'D HAVE TO QUESTION THEIR BEHAVIOR. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL TO MY FAMILY. HAVE ALWAYS GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND AN ITEM ADVERTISED FROM THEIR CHAIN OF STORES. SALES ASSOCIATES ARE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE.

Not my go to store but I like it I have a Kohl's in my city. If you shop the sales, you get a good price. The customer service is very good and the people are friendly. Mine has a charging station out front which is nice because I have a hybrid vehicle. I wouldn't say Kohl's is my go to store since I shop online a lot, but I like the store when I need to go there.

I gave a 4 because the website is slow, otherwise the service is excellent. Usually everything fits, but if something doesn't fit or isn't as I expected it is easy to do in-store returns. I shop at Kohl's online and in the store and have never had a bad experience.

Kohl'S has always been good about online orders for me and the people in the stores are beyond helpful. At one store the sales team helped my grandmother get all the ornaments she wanted, even if it meant climbing on ladders and pulling them off trees on displays. My only problem is sometimes it's hard to find sizes in their store because they don't carry many of that size or item.
