I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it won't let me leave no stars. I have been battling with them for over a week to get a replacement or refund Ordered items online for Christmas, only got 1 of them Other 3 are showing lost and they refuse to replace or refund the items Every one I talk to tells me something totally different so I would not recommend ordering online with them

I purchased two different items from Kohl’s including a coat for almost $200 online. I received the first item, and I was still waiting on the coat. I received a subsequent email from Kohl’s stating that I would receive the item on Saturday, December 21. When I didn’t receive it and checked the tracking, the tracking stated that it hadn’t been picked up by the carrier. The tracking hasn’t been updated since Thursday, December 19. I called to speak Kohl’s customer service to find out what was going on. I was told that the estimated delivery date was after that, so I can still receive it within the date I was originally told. I told them that they shouldn’t have told me that I wasn’t going to receive it on another day if that was not the case. Two customer services representatives including a supervisor named Herbert were rude. As a result, I asked for a refund. I was told that I couldn’t receive a refund yet because it was still within the original time to be delivered. That’s very bad customer service. Had they not emailed me and told me that I was going to receive it sooner, I wouldn’t have been reaching out. When I was told that I would receive it before Christmas and didn’t, I contacted them. If this situation isn’t rectified, I’ll never shop there again.

Very Very disappointed with their customer service. Instead of waisting my time going back and forth from instore to online customers service for help, I should have just returned the items. Would not recommend anyone to shop at kohl's.

If I could give 0 stars I would… I hate this company. I ordered a step 2 easel for my niece for Christmas that arrived damaged. I reached out to Kohl’s on 12/20 and after pulling teeth they offered to replace the easel. While they offered to replace it they stated it wouldn’t arrive until 12/30-1/3. I explained it was a Christmas gift that I needed before 12/25. They offered no help in getting it shipped quicker. I offered to pay expedited shipping and still got no where. I was told it was a busy shipping week and other packages also had to be shipped. While I understand that, this arrived damaged it’s not like I ordered last min and expected quick shipping. This will probably be my last kohls purchase. This company has been shit since they opened.

This company is infuriating. Kohl's and Capital One can both go out of business for all I care. The new credit card system is terrible. DOES NOT WORK. Cut cards up and will NEVER use again.... AVOID these companies, your blood pressure will thank you.

After being on line with customer service for close to an hour(the agent kept me on hold the whole time) I was forwarded to a supervisor, waited for 5 minutes and than the call got disconnected. My issue is that my credit card bill is wrong. I have been trying to rectify this now since November. Kohl’s customer service is the worse!

Received my online order in a bag basically opened with 1 piece of tape across. I returned 1 item that came broken out of 4 and basically they took almost all Kohl's money back. They are cheater with bad services. Not worth shopping there anymore.

I will not order from Kohl's again! I placed an order on the 15th to be delivered to my nearest Kohl's. When ordering it said it would be ready for pick up the 18th or 19th. I checked a day later and it had changed it to the 24th or 25th of December. As of the 18th it was still in the fulfillment center I couldn't talk to a real person that could tell me anything Other than they have a lot of orders to fill I went to the store to buy the towels that I had ordered and the shelves were bare. I decided to order and have shipped losing my 30% discount. The very next day this order is ready for shipping and the first order is still in fulfillment center.
