Two days ago, I went to the Amazon return area at kohls in Mooresville NC. I was the only person in line. The person behind the counter was talking with another Kohl’s employee who was facing away from me. While there is no way the person behind the counter could not have seen me, she ignored me. They carried on their personal conversation for nearly two minutes. When the person on my side of the counter began to walk away, she could clearly see me — but they both continued to ignore me as they discussed their disappointing adult children. While this is unacceptable under any circumstances, it was particularly astounding because I am clearly wearing a post surgical boot on my leg. This is basic customer service 101. Very very disappointing.

I made a recent kohls.com purchase. During this visit to the website I submitted the order and the confirmation page came up but along with that came several pop-ups. first one asking if I wanted a $20 rebate. I clicked yes and it navigated me away from Kohl's website to a website called super plus or something like that. I spent all of 30 seconds entered information but did not submit. Before deciding this is not for me. Went back to kohls site had two more pop-ups I declined before getting my confirmation number. That's when I was notified by my credit card that super plus charged my card. So that means they have my credit card information and took money that they were not authorized to take. I would expect better from a trusted retailer like Kohl's, than to align their business with these third parties that aren't worth whatever it is they're selling or stealing in this case.

after merging with credit one now they screwed up my payment history and it shows I've missed a payment. I've closed account and will never shop there again

My first order ever so I bought 2 or pants and a t shirt and sweater. Once I received my order I saw the pants were ribbed. Nowhere in the description or pictures does it state they’re ribbed. I didn’t open them I immediately requested a return. Well I had to pay $8 to return them and then they took $6 off the refund because of the kohls cashed earned on this order. I will not order again because I can’t chance needing to return something and paying to return it. I have mobility issues and can’t get into the store. So, basically these are $30 pants, each. With the discounts they ended up being $25. After paying for return shipping and then they subtracted the kohls cash earned on the order, they become $15 pants, each. I probably could have sold them myself and gotten more money than I did on the return. I don’t understand how they can take kohls cash on an item that I didn’t use kohls cash on. I guess we know why they’re having lots of store closings. Last time I’ll be taken advantage off.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes. They shipped me the wrong ones so I returned them. When they processed the refund I still owed some money for the shoes I did not get. Even after calling the online Kohls they would not fix the charges. Their mistake but I am stuck paying money for an item I did not get.

I use to shop here but kohls has gone downhill. you can hardly use their coupons unless you spend a fortune and they now limit brands you can use coupons . they dont care about customers . many times the same exact item i used to buy at kohls is a lot cheaper on amazon. exact same brand of mens shoes i pd $90 for with coupon is $40 on amazon. so i dont waste my time with kohls. now i can see why they started closing stores. Also new charge card setup is a ripoff

Kohls online customer service is completely useless. I ordered an item and updated my address. The address did not update, and the item was marked to ship to another state where my daughter lived previously but moved. I immediately called kohls before it shipped or had a tracking number to change it and was told it could not be changed until it had a tracking number. They would then send over an intercept message to their shipping department and I was told to check back with them frequently. I did so for 4 consecutive days, only to find them sending it out via ups. I called ups, and they could not re-route it. It is now on its way to being delivered to an incorrect address in another state. I was told by ups that they will attempt to deliver it to the wrong address 3 times before they send it back per Kohls contract agreement. This could easily be fixed by just re-routing it instead of making the customer jump through hoops. Kohls now says they are canceling the order and issuing a refund as a one time courtesy instead of just changing the address. I just wanted the item delivered to the correct address. Complete joke of a company. No wonder they are financially in trouble and closing doors.

I ordered a ninja product - unsure what I received. It was delivered in a makeshift box of 2 boxes taped together, no ninja box at all, and the parts laying loosely in the box. No explanation, no paperwork to identify why this took place. Is this a legitimate Ninja product? A return with no box and sent out to someone else like that? Contacted "customer service" via chat with no answers except to return to store. They have no record of how their product was sent out? I now get to drive an hour to return to a store.
