Beware of using Kohls credit card for 3% back on gasoline purchases because you do not retain the credit of Kohls shopping for more than a month or two. Unlike other credit cards such as Capital One and Huntington Bank that your credit accumulates until you are ready to use, this card employs "use it right away or lost it" tactics. I'm not using the Kohls card for gasoline purchases anymore!!!

I miss the old Kohl’s. Use to walk in and always found something. Then they put in Sephora in the middle of the store and everything changed. I also hate the new Kohls Credit Card and the new checkout set up. I’ve stopped going in. I even ignore the coupons I received. I was such a big Kohls shopper. But not any more

Purchased something online from them on 27th Dec 2024...today its 28th Jan 2025 and they weren't delivered...UPS keeps sending me messages that the package has encountered a "sortation delay" whatever the heck that is! Called up KOHLS online and they refused to give my money back. Visited the store in person, they said we have nothing to do with the online store and were extremely unhelpful. All I wanted from kohls today, was a simple email confirming that they have at least just PROCESSED the refund. That's it! However, here is what their supervisor "TANIA" said: "We will need to wait for UPS (a KOHLS Carrier) to return the package back to us, after which it will take us 30 days to process your refund!" Assuming, KOHLS get's the package back in a week's time (which i sincerely doubt as UPS did try and return the package back to them couple of weeks back too), this means I could be waiting until MARCH 2025 to get a USD 38 refund! Do you honestly want to spend hundreds shopping online with them? IF KOHLS MESSES UP, YOU PAY!

I continue to have horrible experiences with Kohl’s. A couple of years ago I didn’t get my shipment, FedEx returned it. Kohl’s refused to refund the purchase because it was a third party. The credit card Capital One refused to refund it because Kohl’s wouldn’t. I gave both the tracking number which showed the shipment was returned to sender. I ended up with over $400 in fees and interest. Lately, the issues have been just with Kohl’s and Kohl’s cash. I’m not getting the emails and the cash isn’t being uploaded to my app account. Today I was told I have to return everything to get my $25 Kohl’s cash back. But the purchase is how I earned it so I won’t get it back. I’m at the point of ending my relationship with Kohl’s and telling others to stay away. It’s too much hassle!!!

buyer beware .kohl's credit cards are a joke. They make their money by purposely looking to make people miss payments and charge $29.00 late fees plus interest. Avoid this company for shopping and use of the scam cards. I am cancelling my Kohls cards and avoid this place like the plague

Kohls is unethical. I purchased something online and used their discount code. The size was inaccurate so I returned it. They don’t give you a full refund because they take into account the discount code. This isn’t right. It’s unethical. You return something but still pay for it.

I would have given them a zero if they had it. I ordered some bakeware that was late in . Receiving it. I called them and they sent me another one. I received both orders I called them they recharged me. I took both back but they didn’t give me the credit on the 2nd one after recharging me. So I have paid them for one even after I took both back. Never be honest with kohls because they love to charge and not refund it to you. Kohls is the worse I have been waiting over two months for my credit. I even took a picture when I took the 2nd one back

I could give less stars I would. I ordered a 3 pack of electronic toothbrushes, supposed to be a 3 pack, green, blue and pink. They sent 3 pink..they were for boys, I expected what I ordered. What kind of company just sends random products when they dont have what you ordered? I took them back to the store for a refund, they kept the toothbrushes and said Kohls.com would refund me. They did not, I called repeatedly..they kept saying 7 days. This was from Dec 11th to January 15. Still no refund. They now say they cannot do a refund as there's an error. Don't know what the error was, they wouldn't tell me. Spoke to a manager in customer service, she said I needed to call my bank to prove I didn't get the refund, so we did..we got the bank on the phone and they said the same, no refund showing. Management hung up after that. Kohls took my return and I still have no refund.. Kohls stole my money basically, it also cost $18 in Kohls cash which I don't get back because of their error. Kohls.com are theives and I will not be trusting them in any further purchases.
