I visited the Kohl's Clay/Liverpool, NY store on 3/14/2025 to shop in the Sephora Beauty section for a concealer to match my skin tone - always a challenge for me to get it right. I lucked out though; Connie, the Sephora associate on duty that evening, gave me her full attention, and helped me select a shade that not only matched, but enhanced my skin tone. She really nailed it, and in the process, explained how the number/letter color codes of the concealer indicate the intensity and shade of the cosmetic, so as to better match a person's skin tone and shade. Connie identified my skin tone, found a really good match in a Sephora concealer, and in the process, gave me a useful tutorial in how to shop more successfully for cosmetics. So helpful! And thanks to Connie for her patience in giving me answers and explanations. Very happy with my purchase!

I was at linconwood town khols store yesterday and employee name Asia was helping me she showed me the right way to use my card and what the deals going on and wher to look for things I need

When I limped up to the checkout to exchange a purchase, the clerk immediately offered to go into the isles to find the aforementioned item for my exchange! I was very grateful. Then, when my friend and I continued our shopping we encountered Cheryl Smith, the same clerk that helped us with our hunt for items we bought the week before. She did not just direct us to what we needed, she lead us to each item! Then she helped my friend become a rewards customer. I am completely impressed with the personal service we received.

I visited Kohl’s department store in Buena Park California a few days ago and I was looking for some T-shirts for my three great granddaughters and I was not able to find exactly what I wanted in the girls department. So I asked one of your associates. Her name is Blanca. She knew that the T-shirts I was looking for were in the boys department. Not only did she tell me where they were she she actually walked me over to the section and went through the T-shirts with me and I was able to find exactly what I wanted I’m so glad that Blanca took the time to help a busy homemaker , find exactly what she was looking for and actually went out of her way to help me. I really appreciate her. Thank you.
