Ok store! I have been a Kohl's customer for years and always find stuff in Kohl's never an issue with finding merchandise. The issue I have with the particular Kohl's in my city is the lack of help and you never find anyone for assistance on the floor and they never have enough cashiers ever,you are always waiting in line up front. The store is a walking disaster to walking into the fitting rooms that no one ever cleans out it is a mess the floors are messy like they have not been swept or clean in days. There return policy is horrible not customer friendly. i still like their merchandise and they sell some of my favorite brands of clothing Their sales and the Kohl's card has lots of great benefits and kohl's cash and their yes to rewards card is very good best benifits out of any store around.

I really like Kohl's, I've never had a problem there. Like always just make sure sales prices ring up right!

I enjoy shopping at Kohl's. I always shop using my 30 percent off. Anytime I returned an item never had any problems

Love my local Kohls. Tons of great deals combined with kohls cash and lots of coupons. I always get great prices.

I always use Khols.com but not again. I would give no stars if possible. It makes no sense to me. The phone system is awful and doesnt always work so you have to make several attempts to speak to some and than answer numerous questions. So you repeat and repeat because of the language barrier. I placed an order and immediately realize I had the package shipped to my daughter in WA. I immediately called back and the system disconnected so I called back again. The Rep went through all these questions only to tell me he could not change the order or cancel the order it was already process I promise you it was not 10 minutes. Nothing moves that fast. I called back spoke with a Supervisor and she gave me the same story. I Received an email stating I could go get the package once it delivered in WA or tell the resident not to accept it. Once it received in whatever dept, I will get my credit. Lets see how long it will take to get credit on my acct since they work so fast processing orders. There needs to be a better system in place. Khols Customer Service is whack.

I like Kohls, but the store in our location is pretty empty. Wish to have a greater variety of products.

I've bought alot from kohls.com. I just wish they had better deals. I have twins and by the time you get 10 outfits for each kiddos you've spend 100s of dollars. Plus shipping and tax. It sucks
