Love the clothes jus having problems with right after a couple of washes there were Little small holes in my sonoma basic tees

I've noticed that in the past few years this company has changed. The clothing has become real cheap and totally expensive. I used to go in their and find a few outfits and not spend alot. They used the coupons for a lot of things. Now it's just the unpopular brands. I do more returns. The clothes don't last either. I'm really thinking twice about continuing to shop their.

Company Carries many name brand / designer clothes with a small exception. Most clothes are marked down to small blemishes in the fabric. But you get name brand for at least half the price 😃

Good products good prices but closed all dressing rooms but 1 (used to have at least 3.) Greenwood IN store. Had 2 of the 6 rooms in the single dressing room blocked off- for storage??? or something, on a Saturday. No one to clear away the masses of clothes from the fitting rooms. People waiting in long lines for chance to try on clothes. For a large clothing store this is rude and insane.

Kohls is good to shop in store, I like them and the Kohls cash and all the sales, you can get some pretty good deals. Ordering online however, I'm not too happy. Many orders get cancelled because they sold the item in the store before someone took it off the shelf to fulfill your order. They also use the slowest and worst shipping methods available. Orders shipped take about a week and a halt to arrive.

So far I had a really great experience with Kohl's , I tried online and in store shopping, if you know the good timing on when to shop for deals you can get as high as 75 to 80% off on amazing products. I like the promo discounts they offer regularly and using their app is so easy for online shopping. I never had any problem receiving my orders and I'm always updated with my orders.

I placed two online orders. The website said they would be available for pick up the next day. I went in and I couldn’t find them so I asked an older female associate. “Where is your email that says they are ready?” I showed her the email I received and she read it to me like I was a kindergartner. “Do not head to the store just yet. Huh, I guess you didn’t receive the email. Soooo, it’s not ready. You know with Covid and all we are short handed and it takes a loooong time to get your online orders.” I asked if I could cancel it and just purchase it. She said, “Nope, just don’t pick it up, you will receive a credit. And next time read your emails, they will tell you when it’s ready,” and she huffed away. I went to the service desk and a very nice young man helped me find my order. It was ready, I just hand not received the email. A little training in customer service for all employees would go a long way.

Hello I was so excited to attend khols today I saw so many nice workout outfits there that where absolutely cute , but then I was really disappointed about the price and how expensive it was I wish the price was more like $19.00 or $20.00 it was upsetting because I wanted to buy so many cute workout clothes untill I realized how expensive it was . Kohls I hope you guys work better on prices next time I show up .
