I have been a customer of Kohl's since 2003 it was a place to where you could use to buy most anything you needed. Had great clothing for men. They used to have 12 inseam shorts v-neck cotton t-shirts every color in department nine no more it's nothing but garbage junk everything that you buy from there has to go back because it's cheaply made it's just simply garbage. Drapery department I don't know if you've gandered through it lately fill the material of draperies what a joke it's disgusting material what in the world has happened to this country. Everything this is not just Kohl's it's all department stores everything seems to be garbage anymore. They've lost me as a customer I'll tell you that right now. Either get it together Kohl's department store Also the original price tags you have on clothing we know it's bogus because when you have all your big so-called sales.. the original price tag is marked up to where when you have 30 40% off the clothing it's bogus it's what's item is truly worth after the sale.Your prices are too high for the garbage that you sell.

Kohls changed their credit card service to Capital One. Huge mistake. Paid my bill on time. They applied the payment to my husband’s closed account. After I finally straightened it out, they dinged my credit for a late payment. Never do business with Credit One again. They suck. Kohl’s is debatable.

I have a Credit Card with them, however last time I tried to purchase didn't wanted to honor my coupon and the walking pad I bought it was 40 dlls less in amazon and walmart and didn't wanted to match price, the rep on the phone was rude and did everything to discourage matching price or cancelation, I'm done with Kohls unless they do right by me. I will return the walking pad when arrives

When a Company's policies change for the betterment of only them and negatively affect the overall Customer experience, it's no wonder they are having financial problems!

I have just returned from Kohl’s store. My shopping trip was a disaster. I will never shop at Kohl’s again. Initially I ordered a maternity dress for my daughter on kohls.com. The dress was supposed to be here by April 8. It never arrived. When I called Kohl’s , I was told that I had to wait an additional three days to give the dress a chance to arrive. This was very inconvenient as it was a gift. I went to the store today to try and find a dress at the store. First of all , I ride a scooter. I could not get into the store as their automated doors were not working. Then in the store, I could not shop. Their aisles are very narrow, filled with many items and not easy to navigate. To do it on a scooter was pure ridiculous. I looked at a pair of pants for myself and went into the dressing room. Again, I need to use the handicap dressing room. That had a sign on it that it was out of order. The store was a mess. Clothes were thrown everywhere. I used to shop here for many years and it was never like this. It has drastically gone downhill. I left with nothing and will never return.

I recently ordered an adjustable folding table, solely to take advantage of Kohl’s cash and rewards I received. When I got it, the table didn’t work properly. I returned it locally, but didn’t pay close attention to the amount credited. When I went to adjust my payment in the app, I noticed there was a discrepancy between what was paid and credited. Customer service said shipping charges are non-refundable. So I paid to have a broken item sent to me. Beware, and know they have one less credit card customer.

I like Kohl's a lot but am very disappointed that Capital One took over Kohl's credit card. I have had their credit card for many years. Now in order to access my card info on line they need to verify my phone number by having me email my photo ID to some call center in who knows where!! I said No there must be another way. You have my name, address, account # , SS#, that should be enough. They said no other way but emailing photo ID. I hung up on them and won't use my Kohl's card anymore. It's a shame they ruined their accounts.
