I bought 3 Multi color wash cloth pack's from Kohl’s.com. The online price was listed @ $4.99 however when I received my items the Kohl’s price tag on the items clearly states $2.99. I immediately call Customer Service and the first representative Anna hung up on me. I called back and Ivan who was the “floor supervisor” was very rude talking over me and telling me I had agreed to the price when I ordered the product. I agreed to what was listed online only to find the actual merchandise was tagged by Kohl’s at a much lower price. This is absolutely terrible customer service and business practices. I will not be purchasing anything from Kohl’s online or in store. This review site will not let me post the pictures of the tags and invoice. If there were a review lower than one I would be giving them a zero rating.

I purchased shoes on kohls .com. used my kohls cash to pay most of it. Wouldn't allow me to use all of the kohls cash and also charged me 8.95 for delivery even though my order was over 50. They told me I'm only allowed to use a max of 4 kohls cash. I had 5. Which is why there is a balance and they would not reverse the delivery fee because my kohls cash brought it down below 50 . Very bad customer service. Kohls must b very hard up. Very disappointed in this store lately.

I saw an item in the toddler dept but was told to order it online b/c I needed a toddler size three and they didn't have that size in the store. It was over priced like everything else in the store, but wanted it as a gift for a friend's granddaughter. Trying to order anything online from Kohl's is a nightmare.

I shop often at Kohls. I brought my 19 year old grandson into the FC store on Friday. The men's dressing room was closed. When I asked the associate at the women's dressing room area about the men's dressing room, she told me he had to share the women's. I was appalled! Very inappropriate! Her reason was that she was alone. That is not my problem. And we wonder why our youth is growing up with no structure nor values of morality! I'm very disappointed in Kohls. There are 2 dressing rooms across from each other. Designate one for men and one for women. Thank you!

Kohl's stole from me. I placed what I thought was a curbside order and when I went to pick it up found that the store no longer does curbside. I DID NOT go in the store to get the item because there was a reason I placed a curbside order. I immediately tried to go online and cancel the order but Kohl's marked the order as picked up even though I didn't. I called their customer service who told me "so sorry we can't help you. You'll have to dispute the charge on your credit card". Then Kohl's refused the dispute and sent my credit card company as documentation... instructions for returning the item. You know the one I never got. YEARS as a customer with Kohl's - they flushed it. I will never shop at Kohl's again. I will tell every person who will listen about how they stole from me. I hope they go out of business. Per my credit card company, my next option is to contact the local police.

I couldn’t find the pants I needed in the store so I went to the website to order them. The website said if you apply for a kohls card you can save 40 percent on the first purchase, including the purchase I was making. I applied for the card and was approved. However, when I tried using the coupon it said the purchase was not eligible for the discount. Misleading way of getting people to apply for a card.

Ridiculously long line about 20 deep

I shopped at a Kohls store on vacation. Cashier tried to put it on a Kohls credit card I did not know existed. Told me I would get a huge discount if I put it on the Kohls credit card. Then said no I wouldn't get the discount. So I gave her my visa card. Got back from vacation and there was a bill from Kohls due the day I got home. I did not authorized a charge on a Kohls credit card. I paid it on the due date. Then got another bill a few weeks later with a late fee and interest charge of almost $40. I am hearing impaired so contact Kohls customer service over chat. The chat AI could not help me. So sent me to a chat with a rep and when the Kohls chat rep couldn't help I was transfered to a supervisor. Their suggestion was I call customer service. I explained with my hearing loss I could not call. Then I was told to have a family member call. First off I don't have family. All have passed. No children. Second I found it very insulting. I am not a child. Then I was told to go to a Kohls store. I explained the closest store to me is a 4 hour drive. Customer service said too bad they can't help me if I cannot hear. This is discrimination!! I asked for another way to contact Kohls and was told there was no way other way. I am filing a complaint with the ACLU and talking to a lawyer. No wonder Khols is closing 27 stores in 2025. I will post reviews online everywhere and notify every hearing impaired group I can find that Kohls discriminated agaist the handicapped. This is so wrong and probably illegal! BOYCOTT KOHLS!!!!!
