Made an online order for three items with some discounts applied. One of the items I received was not what I ordered, but I wanted the correct item that I had ordered. I took it back to the store and told him I want the correct item sent to me, but I wanted it at the price I had paid however they made me return it and call kohls.com number and were not easy to understand and did not give me the correct sale price and it was a hassle to deal with I would never recommend this store

I shipped out to bathing suits to the total of $67. I said that I would get free shipping. However when they used my Cole’s cash which I did not authorize, they took that off and charged me 895 for shipping.

Stay away from this chain Deceptive business practices. Ordered on line, no problem, finished up went to check out and pop up, on Kohls website, asked if I wanted to use my $10 kohls money. Since I knew that I had 10 in credit I said sure and a new green screen came up. Figuring that I was on Kohls site I filled in the info and the next thing I was charged $2 x3 for a smart shopper site with a 16.35 monthly cost. Called Kohls they had the order but I would need to dispute this with my bank. I started using Kohls to shift from amazon and walmart ( not a fan of either one's take on the world) I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THIS CHAIN AGAIN. So now I have to dispute this, with my bank and I never received my $10 credit. STAY AWAY

If shopping couldn’t get any worse at Kohl’s when they say that you’re getting a deal when you’re really not now they take away the 10 day grace period with the Kohl’s cash. And apparently did it in May but yet didn’t announce it to anyone else that they did that so now essentially Kohl’s I feel like has stolen $30 worth of clothes cash from me. Didn’t wanna make anything right after being told on the phone at my local Kohl’s that it was still accepted after 10 days so then I went in and it’s not because of their policy change like seriously apparently Kohl’s can’t cut any of us a break. They just wanted to steal more money from everyone. They give us like five days to spend the Kohl’s cash and that’s it. So make sure you all spend your Kohl’s cash on time because they will not make it right nor do the supervisors or anybody and if you can shop somewhere else and get your item somewhere else I would do that honestly, I probably won’t shop at Kohl’s anymore.

Shopped on Monday for so called military discount. It’s mostly a sham. So many brands are excluded. No notice or transparency up front. Just embarrassment to be taken by surprise at checkout. Feels like bait and switch.

We purchased 3 pairs of jeans for my husband in St George, UT. We get home to our small town in Arizona where there are NO Kohls stores, six hrs away, just to find out the checker didn't renovated one of the tags from the jeans. Kohls customer service is foreign and not easy to understand. They offered $5 Kohls cash for a $50 pair of jeans or i can send for a return at my expense. Kohls has gone to crap like most places.

There are no prices on items and no scanner to check price. You need to stand in line to have a cashier check price. I guess kohls assumes you'll just make the purchase since I stood in line. Thats a load. Walked out and not going back.. Cashier said she was told the scanners were no longer needed Stupid ploy to save money? Nope lose money

Lately Kohls is either hiring people who don't have any work ethics or people have become lazy lately and hate to be working but need a paycheck. I ordered 3 store picks and each of the garment were stuffed in a plastic bag, the garment was not even folded properly. I had a delivery order for 4 items and all items where stuffed in a little bag, unfolded and mailed. You open the package and look at the wrinkled condition and don't even want to try them.
