In the sephora in kohls in Germantown MD Asal, a worker at the sephora was very patient and kind. She even spent extra time looking for a coupon. My experience was great and worth 5 stars.

I had a difficult return since I didn't have the receipt and there were multiple items. Chris, at the customer service desk at the Henrietta, NY store on Saturday, June 21 around 11:15am, was great. She was patient and helpful. I really appreciated that.

Tammy and Abbey took the time to help me find an item I was looking for. They sifted through clothing then looked for it in a different location. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Clearly, Tammy and Abbey seek opportunities to help customers even when busy with their own tasks. Teresa at the checkout counter was equally impressive. She answered my questions and assisted me in an efficient and friendly manner. People in line did not have to wait long as she quickly but patiently checked me out. I have always found Kohl’s to be responsive to their customers. Today Tammy, Abbey and Teresa went above and beyond to assist me while keeping up the pace of a busy work environment.

I was in Palm Springs, CA a couple months ago to visit my son and went to the Kohl’s in Palm Desert to get him some bedding and sheets. I always use my Kohl’s card whenever I’m at Kohl’s to avail of all the discounts but realized at check out that I did not have my card with me on this trip. Rey, the cashier was very helpful and told me not to worry he should be able to pull my info no problem. He asked me some questions, checked my drivers license and voila! I got the purchase charged to my card without my physical card! I love Kohls!! The ease of returns, earning some Kohl’s cash on top of the discounts and staff are nice! What’s not to like?

5/18:2025 I was totally impressed w Alex at the Amazon return section in the johnsburg, il area.. I needed to return 17 items.. I organized , numbered but I made a mistake… Alex methodically went thru each item and found the error and corrected my mistake.. he was professional, friendly and used a second machine to keep my items together and STILL was able to assist 8 people!!!! He was so great that while at the front desk cashier Diane while she was checking me out for items purchase I was bragging about him and .. she was AMAZING TOO.. I met the week end store manager Katrina.. and SHE WAS AMAZING!!! Love this store due to these these 3 lovely people.. keep up the great work.. these are true gems 💎 💎💎.. Aloha from Hawaii
