I been a customer for few years never had a problem before. Even some of the amazing nice representative trying to help,they didn't solve my problem. The sad part is my daughter won't receive the present she ask,it was special edition and no one else have it. We. They hired the service of one terrible nasty irresponsable carrier LASER SHIP. Their reviews are the worse,they been stealing package from people. Kohls hire them because they are cheap and so many drliverys but at the end they will loose more money returning peoples money because supposedly lost items,just because LASER SHIP said so. And who is going to pay for my daughter tears when she knew she won't receive her present that i ordered on time andvi made all the steps they told me to do ME* to reroute the package after more than 10 calls to LASER SHIP and to kohl's I also losse my mixer because that,but that doesn't hurt i don't care about me,but my daughter that it's big. That isxwhy i gave 4 and should gave 3. Its better to hire good comoanys that it might take morecdays to deliver but you loose less money and it will keep your customers. But i guess its ok to lost one poor insignificant one

I have been doing most of my X-mas shopping online at Kohl's and having worth it purchases. Kohl's is a good store.

I took my handicapped Husband into the store for shoes. I found the wheelchair easily. There is no basket on the chair to put items into. I had a hard time pushing him and trying to balance the shoes. We looked at other clothing items, but did not purchase them because we had no way of carrying them.

Do any of you hundreds of people have any proof that they are selling BLM or refusing to sell Blue Line? If not, maybe you should jump off this bandwagon and Apologize

I like that it's always there, and you don't have to wait too long to get what you need. In addition, all the products have a detailed description so that you can immediately find what you like. And it's very cool.

Overall pleased with this company. Ordering online is a breeze. In some cases, the shipments take a bit to receive but overall, I’m pleased with their service and will continue to do business with them.

Have no problem with store. Have issue with the way they handle credit card payment. Pay on your card early even before receiving bill in mail they charged late fee. Double check your bills people especially with that high interest rate. Won’t be using there card any more

Well I just have to say attaboy to kohl's for using Male and female models with tattoos they are all beautiful.
