I used to be a big fan of Kohl’s. On veterans day for Monday shopping, very little items are covered for a discount. Its sad that Kohl’s has forgotten their customers base. This store will probably close, due to customer dissatisfaction.

They're expensive and their products aren't as good as they are pricey seems like most of the things we buy there we can buy the same product somewhere else cheaper

The dressing rooms are filthy! I was afraid of getting a disease. They do not appear to ever have been cleaned. There were dust bunnies on the floor and grime as well. I will not shop there again.

I've been a shopper of Kohl's for a long time now and I've always used the 30% coupon to buy many things including Sketchers sneakers. Well I went to pay using a 30% coupon this time for 2 new pairs of shoes and they stopped taking the coupon just for Sketchers shoes which I've bought for years now using it. I guess I'll go to the Sketchers store now since they no longer take my coupon anymore.

Stuff is to expensive, even on sale. Clothes does not last, and returns take forever. Not shopping here again.

This place has gone downhill. Overpriced stuff, coupons that never work, and the checkout takes forever. Employees act like they don’t wanna be there, and good luck finding help. Total waste of time.

The so-called “deals” are confusing as hell. You have to stack three different coupons, wait for Kohl’s Cash windows to open, and still somehow end up paying more than you thought you would. I don’t want to do math just to buy a pair of socks. Also, the quality has gone downhill. I bought a sweatshirt that felt like it was made from recycled tissue paper. And don’t get me started on the online ordering... one item shipped in five separate boxes over two weeks. What kind of logistics is that....

Item misplaced (" a homeless guy got in back and stole a bunch of bags") said Kohl's worker. What gets me as being disabled, I cannot stand very long. When worker came out, he said, "I thought you said you couldn't stand". I replied I was walking around to NOT stand. (Which is still wearing me down). Why did he even throw that comment at me anyway? Other than that, the REST of the employees were very helpful, after sending me to check out with a credit for LOST ITEM, they rushed up and said, "We found it!" and handed me my item. Overall, a short visit to Kohl's turned out to be an hour.
