I would give Kohls a 0 star. They just stopped re issuing the Kohl’s cash to honor expired ones. I lost quite a bit of money and the customer service was useless and didn’t want to do anything to honor this. Not even a coupon code. Useless and I am not buying from this uselsss store any more.

I ordered 6 towels may 26th for the towel sale, $26 total. I only received 2 towels and never received the other 4. When I called they said they were out of stock but would refund me for my full order (because who wants 2 towels that don’t match the rest?) had to call again today to be told I will still be charged for those 2 towels AND the shipping and there is nothing I can do about it. After 45 minutes on the phone they gave me $10 kohls cash. To say this has been disappointing is an understatement.

This company is circling the drain, plain and simple. My mother and I used to buy everything from Kohl's, but in the past several years quality has gone to shit (think Chinese slave labor) & everything costs double. Cutting up my Kohl's card now...🙄

The website is now broken as can be. It says you will have certain savings then adjusts the prices, then messes with the fulfillment and by the end of it doesn't tell you the price with tax. I found checking out absolutely impossible and I wasn't even sure I would get my items let alone the ones I picked. I would recommend staying away.

Where do I give a minus 10 rating? I bought Levis jeans for $48. I want a smaller size so went to their store to exchange it. Since my receipt is over 30 days old they don’t accept it. They offer to give me a $13 store credit that is their clearance price. On their website the clearance price is $52 but can’t get that credit. They are criminals and are next to go bankrupt and close all stores. I took back my jeans. They probably will sucker someone into paying $70 full price. I hate this company that screws everyone.

I bought a gift card from Kohl's sephoria and scratch the number off the back to send to a friend of mine and four of the numbers could not be read.. I returned to the store for help they said I had to go to a sephoria store and they could take care of it. I called sephoria and because they didn't sell the card they won't service it. I called Kohl's one more time speaking to customer service and it was non-existent I paid the money but they can't help me never ever return there for anything most worthless place ever seen by the reviews 1.5 stars is overrated they don't deserve any stars

What happened to Kohls? It’s getting worse and worse. They suddenly stopped the grace period for expired kohls cash without alerting its customers via email or text. My Kohls cash suddenly disappeared, it was in my account a last night but disappeared this morning. It stated it expired July 15. All customer service keep saying they cannot create new kohls cash to replace the expired one. All the prices are inflated, much higher than Target and other retail stores. I’m fed up and frustrated with their business practices.

If I could give no stars I would. Kohl’s used to be one of my favorite stores, now it is my least favorite. Not only has the quality gone drastically downhill but their website is TERRIBLE, they screw up every order. I received a merchandise credit card and it wouldn’t work, neither did my visa’s, both with high credit limits. I will cheer when this business finally goes under. The last 4 transactions were nothing but a headache. I will never set foot in their store again nor will I order online, which is even worse. How is it that they are still in business???
