I received a robe for Christmas that simply was not my style. I decided to make use of the gift receipt and return it. When I went to the counter, they informed me it had gone on clearance and I could get $10 for it; I looked at the screen to see the original price was $50. It currently still sells on the website for $21.99. Very disappointing.

I bought Pulaski bed from kohls.com and the bed came with half the things missing
I am so disappointed with kohls.com. Customer representive doesn't know what she is talking about . I ordered bed online and i received bed with half of the things missing. I called kohls.com she told me even though I bought bed from kohls.com kohls is not responsible for the damaged product . Because it gets directly shipped from vendors . So In her worlds I have to call Malaysia for the broken parts . And I told her to send me another bed . She told me I have to pay $20 surcharge again because it's not her or kohls problem as it is being shipped directly from vendors . I have spend more that $1000 just in a week at kohls and I am very disappointed that I don't think so I'll buy anything from there anymore . I m going to return my ring as well . As a consumer I was treated really bad. Over all , I'm stuck with this bed so please other consumer who are buying product from kohls please be careful .

I ordered 3 items, 2 came in a week …
I ordered 3 items, 2 came in a week while the other item came 25 days later. Called customer service, mail carrier as well as emailed customer support for kohl's. Awful service, no follow up whatsoever. Emails are repetitive and even called me a different name, so pathetic. Didn't bother to call to check if I received my item yet. Will NEVER shop at Kohls ever again, not even at the store.

They dropped the ball this Christmas season! Leaving customers questioning whether their items would arrive by Christmas....
I was a reliable Kohls shopper but after doing some Black Friday and Christmas shopping this season, they have lost me as a customer. They "forgot" to mail out a comforter that I purchased on Black Friday, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift, they also left items out of the packaging even though the packing receipt said they were included. After calling multiple times, I kept getting the same response, I should receive an email in 7-10 days stating what will happen about my missing items. Days turned into weeks and I still hadn't heard anything or received any of the missing items. No email, no phone call, no updates form customer service....
Finally I looked on my statement and saw a credit for all the items they forgot about (minus all of my Kohls Cash of course, it would've been nice if they let me use that on something else considering it wasn't my mistake). If I had received an email or phone call updating me on what their plan was on how to handle my situation I would've been content, but I found out the day AFTER Christmas that they decided to credit my account. Since all of these items were gifts and I hadn't heard anything, I had to scramble around 2 days before Christmas replacing all of these items because I had no clue if they were in the process of shipping these items or not.
If they hadn't left me hanging all month as to what their plans were for my missing items, they may not have lost a very reliable customer this year.

DO NOT USE KOHL'S WEBSITE
DO NOT USE KOHL'S ONLINE!!!!! IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT THEY WILL MAKE YOU GO TO THE STORE INSTEAD OF SIMPLY EMAILING YOU A UPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE HASSLE FREE RETURNS!!! IF I WANTED TO GO TO THE STORE I WOULD NOT HAVE USED KOHL'S ONLINE. I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE STORE!!! SO WHY AM I BEING FORCED TO GO TO THE STORE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT ONLINE??!!
I REPEAT DO NOT USE KOHL'S ONLINE!!!

Kohl's customer service is nonexistent
Been on the phone with FIVE people in Kohl's customer service for over an hour. Finally hung up on the last person who asked us to repeat all the same information over again. The reason? My mom placed an order for a Christmas gift to be shipped to my sister, so Kohl's fraud department cancelled the order because, 'the shipping address didn't match the billing address." Think about the absolute lunacy of that, especially at Christmas time. And, my mom used $150 in gift cards and only actually charged $1.89 to her credit card when she placed the order. Mom is elderly and this wore her out, so I hung up on the fifth idiot when she asked us for all the same information over again. PS. They no longer have the gift card info since mom placed the order 10 days ago and they cancelled it, so their only potential solution was to charge the entire amount to mom's credit card and then give her $150 adjustment to her credit card. Good luck with that. The third person we talked to, said she was placing the order that way, then came back on the phone and said their system was updating so she'd have to give us to person #4 to redo the order. Person #4 then said he'd have to transfer us to the fraud department, who immediate said we'd have to start over, and by then mom had left for an appointment. We'd already been on the phone nearly an hour. I'm trying to decide whether or not we might have any better luck going into a store to try to resolve this or whether I can persuade mom to try and get someone on the phone at Kohl's who can actually help her in one brief conversation. Maybe we should try calling a corporate person instead. Customer service? What a joke. No one, no one, knew what they were doing. We repeated the same information over and over and over, even though we gave them the order number over and over and over.
