I recently placed an order for Christmas presents and 2 days after I ordered gifts for my daughter the order was canceled. Kohls claimed that their inventory numbers were wrong and the item never should have been listed for sale at the time i purchased it. I went online as soon as i got the cancellation email and the item they canceled is still listed as available on their website but for $20 more than what i paid for it. I believe Kohl's is canceling orders for people who purchase items at a deep discount and turn around and sell the same items to others but at higher prices! I will never shop at kohl's again.

I cannot even begin to explain the lies and deception. I placed my first ever on line order. When I received an e mail confirmation and realized the problem and NEEDED to cancel the order. I immediately was told there was nothing that could be done. They could make the request, but that was all. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was transferred to someone who point blank told me YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED. Obviously the person I received was not a supervisor and he lied.. That made lie #2. When I checked my account it was not cleared. I called again explained the 1st 2 lies and asked the woman rep to transfer me to a supervisor - here comes LIE #3. I was sent to DOUG who continued to refuse to transfer me to a supervisor. I finally got a supervisor who also told me I was out of luck for at least 24 hours. All of this could have been avoided if I could have just been able to change the ship to address to a secure address. DO NOT ORDER on line and may god help you if you need any customer service. The department accepts lying to the customer as standard protocol.

Worst customer service. Packages with the wrong address resulted to me on hold for 30 min. giving up and chatting on their customer service chat via their website. (also tried to complete the order several times online and it kept restarting the process etc. thats where I think the address was messed up) After a wait via online customer care to hopefully resolve the problem, it concluded that they couldn't help me and that I needed to file a claim. Even though the wrong address is two streets down, there was no way for them to actually help me in reaching out to the postal service to make a simple change. They also split my order up and now have to do this process for two different packages. Basically resulting in me chasing down the USPS driver in my neighborhood or waiting an extra 3 weeks for me to maybe get one of my packages. Insane. Lesson: Don't order online.

Kohl's has rhe most WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! They lost my package, advising me I have to wait the full 10 business days as per their policy and create a case number JUST so I can have my item re shipped . Today is the 10TH day and i was told they CANT re ship my item that all they can do is give me a refund!!!! & if they re order my item I will have to pay again!!!!! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Sent the wrong gift cards. Contacted customer service. Used online chat. Sent me a ref# for $10 but it can't be used. Spend hours on Customer service and online chat to India. Everyone promised to help. No one could. Even supervisors. From now on I guess I'll buy Amazon cards for my grandkids. Never a problem with them.

This comment is in regards to how I fell about you company in general. I was sent the wrong size shoe which was for my little girls birthday. They sent 1left foot size 3 and right foot size 4. I was supposed to receive a new correct pair today and again I was disappointed because the new pair didn't show up. Two different reps I spoke to this evening hung up on me once I asked to speak to a supervisor. Your store makes it hard for customer to want to continue shopping with you. I am not a happy customer and all I received was a 10 doller discount because the shoe are now more expensive than what I originally paid for. I hope this reaches head quarters because this should never happened to a customer. Oh and the third rep offer me 25% off my next order but I declined. It was not about the money. It was more. Of how they could fix the situation. Now at the present moment I've been charged for 2 pair which I can't do anything with.

I ordered a couple items online a little over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my order. The estimated delivery date has also changed 4 times now. Not very happy.

I am hoping that my friends will read this and share the information i am providing in hopes that this doesnt happen to anyone else. A little over a year and a half, ago i purchased two items at KOHLS for a family member for graduation. We were in the process of moving at the time and i inadvertently misplaced the receipt that I had paid for with cash. The 2 items retailed at a little over $120. Since Kohls policy is "NO QUESTIONS ASKED FOR RETURNS" she took them to Kohls in Asheville, NC to exchange. She was treated very rudely and they took the items from her and said a gift card would come from their corporate office in about 2 weeks. Long story short they refused and kept the items. A year after this when pulled over for a taillight that wasnt working, she was handcuffed and arrested and taken to jail on charges from Kohl's for "trying to obtain property by false pretenses". They also had put a bogus address for her on the warrant. When consulting an attorney in Asheville she said she had had several cases such as these from the same Kohls and because she was bi-racial they were racially profiling her. After about 6 months of back and forth to court because KOHL'S was given this amount of time to provide proof of the "alleged crime" it was finally dismissed today as KOHL'S had no proof because the items were NOT stolen. So she was publicly embarrassed and humiliated by being arrested, dragged through court for months waiting on KOHL'S to prove she had done something wrong and still KOHL'S KEPT HER GRADUATION GIFT all because she was a mixed race. I am asking this to be shared as much as possible. Kohl's should be held accountable for what they did to her. They should also be made to remove their ads stating no problems with returns. Personally no one in our family will ever step foot in their stores again and I hope after reading this others will do the same.
