Khol's didnot deliver an 400$ item and on calling them numerous times keeps saying they will refund but doesnot refund the amount. Every time the customer representative give the same old status they gave on the first day of the compliant, that UPS is searching the package. UPS had called me long before and said they acknowledge they had wrongly delivered and lost the item. But khols keeps saying they have no update from UPS.

I bought items from Kohl's online about two months ago. The items were returned to them because the carrier couldn't find my address. I've been calling pretty much every week regarding the refund of those items but none is helping me to get my ,$84. I don't know what to do anymore. Is this how Kolh's make money? This is the worst store ever and I'm never going to buy anything from them again! Please give me my refund!

I didn’t receive an item from my online order I sent in a chat with a cs for help got an email w/in 24hr staying my order was delivered that I should check with my neighbors and my family or around my house. Really!!!! If I did get it I wouldn’t be calling. So I replied with an email and called the CS line got transferred cause the first person I guess didn’t know what he was doing the second rep I talked to he said he can just give me a refund but couldn’t tell me how much the refund was. Smh bad customer service all around. Got transfered and the the other guy couldn’t answer any of my questions it was just silent pause. It’s not my fault the item wasn’t shipped and you can’t send out another replacement cause what it was on sale and I used a promo discount on it. Really, Smh I will nvr order from Kohl’s again or shop at Kohl’s again.

I purchased 3 gift cards 1 month before needed for Christmas online. I keep waiting and waiting for these to arrived. I contacted kohl s almost 11 times w/ this issue and have an incident number I keep receiving emails trying to resolve issues and nothing so far.. I purchased new gift cards to send on time. Then 3 weeks later the other gift cards were delivered .Because of this store faults, I am having the running around with this issue. Kohl's use to be very nice place to shop. Now it reminds me JCP(which is getting better now)

I regret it DEEPLY! THOUGHT I WOULD TRY KOHLS ONLINE SHOPPING FOR THE FIRST TIME! ***ZERO STARS*** The order was a disaster, and might I add that I was treated very rudely AND IN A DISRESPECTFUL MANNER by its phone associates. I placed an Order (which never arrived) and inquired about its status. I was told the tracking number was wrong and the package was not able to be located. Kohl's representative assured me they would open a case inquiry, they never did it, and no one at Kohl's EVER reached out to me about my reimbursement or order (not a phone call, not an e-mail NOTHING). It has been a NEVER ENDING NIGHTMARE!!!!! Save yourself the frustration and most importantly the TIME you will have to spend chasing and babysitting these people! I Called 3 TIMES, WAITED 1 MONTH, SPOKE WITH 2 SUPERVISORS, AND NOW WAITING 7 DAYS FOR MY MONEY BACK! I HATE KOHLS, NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Placed an order online and order was missing an item. Customer service told me I needed to wait for a refund and re-order. Why should I have to pay again for an item I already paid for and re-order? That is unacceptable. I got the run around that they have to have a new order as they cannot re-ship an item. Fine, place a new order at no charge and ship the item I paid for, it's not that difficult! After reading reviews sounds like this is a common occurrence and everyone agrees their customer service is horrible. I will never shop at Kohl's again!

I purchased Woman Ankle booties for 70 dollars and paid 29.99 to get them here Asap for a christmas present and the booties are in HORRIBLE CONDITION. I have ALWAYS shopped at the stores i have spent OVER 1,000s of dollars through out my years and sadly i am done shopping there. I Called to Kohls.com and they werent able to help me with anything. Thanks alot!!

A package for Christmas supposedly delivered to my home but never made it. Kohls will not refund my order. Very upset its been over two weeks with no response.
