KOHLS NEVER AGAIN will I order furniture from Kohls. I purchased 2 chairs 3-31 and they were not anything depicted in the picture, color, quality etc. and it was 20 phone calls, chat line promises and an unending line of boil room excuses that I had to wait 7 days for the "back end" to "approve" the UPS pickup etc. etc. (those confirming emails NEVER came = so that is clearly a blow off they are very well trained to say). SINCE WHEN IN 2018 DOES IT TAKE 7 DAYS to process a "request" for UPS pickup? 1924 or 2018? UPS did show up 2 weeks after 1st request, unannounced, and picked up 1 chair. It took 6 miserable weeks to go thru the whole unchecked start at square one process to return the 2nd chair that they ultimately could not account for after UPS picked it up, again unannounced and not arranged with me. I got my refund but it took days off my life (less the $80 for delivery in the first place). NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Do not order anything you cant bring back in a bag to Kohls or you are dealing with unchecked processes around the world trained to apologize, many apologies from people that did not help me or record to progress the return along. The "back end" of Kohls can give no confirming emails only promises. They did not return the interest charged on my account whilst screwing up a simple return either - makes me think this IS THE REASON FOR THE BACK END JIVE BS - a creepy way to make it so impossible while they charge your account = stealing.

Very slow checkout lines and when we finally got up to check out there was a whole bunch of problems just for one simple item. The place was not even busy either for it to take as long as it did

Kohl's.com is the only business I'm aware of that cannot find a way to do an even exchange online. I received a broken grill and wanted the same thing only not broken. I was told that even exchanges are only available going into the store. Often I have found that the store does not have the same items available, plus it wasn't convenient for me to go in. I spent nearly an hour talking to one representative after another. They finally promised to match a new charge for a new grill to the refund amount. That didn't happen. By the time they deducted my redeemed Kohl's cash and other discounts, they refunded two dollars and change and charged me approximately 6 times that amount. They lied and they do not care. I have been told so many contradictory things by online representatives that I'm lost. They do not want to help. And the way that Kohl's cash is handled is disgraceful: it often expires prior to receiving an order. Exchanging an item for merchant credit does not prevent the loss of Kohl's cash. Their management of reward dollars is even worse. I forgot to redeem $20 worth of rewards. Okay, that was on me and I understand their refusal to replace; however, because I'd returned items that had earned a portion of the rewards, they put me in the hole with a deficit of rewards dollars. It didn't matter that I hadn't used the reward money. Their system treats it as though they are spent regardless of whether or not they are and expects them paid back on the account. I'm going to be cancelling my card and never shopping with them again.

bad customer services ever always lie they dont honored rewards or ur cash you have not use this is so ridiculous is not even past due date in i call and they told me i use it in i have not even touch it i have email telling me to use it even told them i had email thst could screenshot and he just shut me of saying no we wont honored it i was rude wouldn't let me say much i just told him i guess they honestly lost a great customer i been in the past i put up their things but this one just brock the glass of water im all done. an not to mention the other so call representatives who not even qualify with customer service skills told me i use my reward at a store and minutes later online. when i ask to speak to her supervisors she tells me there was no supervisor in ask her when are they going to contact me she said i dont know i was it 3 to 7 business day i mentioned to her i was recording the whole conversation i even ask for her name and last name she said she was not allowed to answer that next thing she said im going to tranfers to my supervisor i was like way u just told me there was no supervisor but it all good nomore shopping here.

Beware of their very shady business practices and their ''lifetime return policy''! Save your receipt/s or you'll get only get $3 credit on a $25+ shirt even though it's new never been worn and has both Kohl's price tags! Also if you buy something on a Kohl's credit card have it put back on that card NEVER TAKE their ''merchandise credit''!

My online order was lost. Which means I also lost the gift card I used to pay! This is my third negative customer service experience with Kohl's. I don't plan to shop with them again.

Gimmicks are not savings. Kohl's cash can only be used during a short time. No discount for having the Kohl's credit card. Coupons don't work on Nike gear. Just one disappointment after the next.

Placed a large order online bathing suit bottoms were missing!! Forced to order another and pay!!! Then will be refunded when I return the top. This is unbelievable!!! KOHLS YOU SCREWED UP NOT ME!
