Placed my order online. I Live in Connecticut.....They randomly chose to sent 1/2 of my order to a store in Virginia for pick up. Told me I could not cancel order nor could I change the shipping instructions. Mind you, I had just placed the order 15 minutes ago. Told my that the Kohls Cash that I used was non refundable. You have got to be kidding me.

Called Kohl’s customer service, and was assisted by James, who flat out refused to transfer me to a supervisor when he told me he could not do what someone else had already confirmed they could do. Kohl’s outsources American jobs to the Philippines For cheap labor and you most definitely get what you pay for.

Today was my worse experience at the Kohls at Central Park Ave Yonkers NY. I have been a customer for many yrs and a store card holder. Today I went in to shop with my daughters and found some graduation frames that I liked and then was looking at some watches. I wanted to purchase one..but there was no one at the counter..looked around and waited but no one was around to help. I called out to a lady that was just standing around and she called out to someone else...soon another person came along this one being a male. So they are mumbling amongst themselves while I wait for someone to actually say something ..anything really, some type of aknowledgement that "I" a paying customer needed assistance but NO..no one bothered to call on the speaker or much less offer to get someone to help me... only a minute passed after I actually asked for help but I was there looking and deciding which one to buy for a few more minutes. It was long enough to flip the frames I was going to buy on top of some clothes and walk out. Stores are closing down quickly thanks to online stores and since many people cry out for a job but do little to maintain it when they do have it ...shame!! Very very disappointed.

I placed an order which I never received. They messed it up and delivered to Wrong address! I speak to them get promises of re-issuing order, when the investigation goes through their answer is they can't help with issue. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

POOR RESPONSE: My father passed away and i called Kohl's to close his account. Out of all the businesses I had to call, Kohl's was the ONLY company that didn't express their condolences. That may seem insignificant, but when only one out of approx. 40 calls doesn't, it sure stands out. Unfortunately, that is now what I think of when I think of Kohl's.

1st I would like to begin by saying I have shopped Kohl's for many years. I would like say it is like going to haggle with a street vendor every time we to to shop there. Prices don't always seem to match the final receipt . The cashiers don't know what the store sales are. And they want to know all and some not all will call for help. But the ones who know it all charge what the ticket price is . When the computer brings it up on sale, they change it to what the ticket is not what the computer tells them. Make a long story check your receipt , to avoid arguing shop on line and stay away from the store. Dress nice when you go shopping there, if you go in your garden clothes they treat you like a homeless person . 1

Dear Kohl's; I was excited to get email saying that I just received 50 points on my Birthday.Well it did not go so well. When I looked in my account there was 0 points. I saw another post on line with the same issue. I don't think anybody got points. Just another LIE ......Shame on you Kohl's. Soon you will be out of business if you treat your customers like you do.

I had the worst customer service experience, not once but 3 times today. First, I spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. When someone finally did they didn't seem to understand my problem. It went something like this: Me- I ordered a desk that is supposed to come in 2 boxes. I only rec'd one box. Kohls- (after the standard 'so sorry. I can help you') It appears your item arrived yesterday at 3 pm. Me- Yes. One box did, but its one of two boxes Kohls- You only ordered one item Me- Yes its a desk. The box says "box 1 of 2". It is one item, in two boxes. I have half a desk. Kohls- I see. Do you have the tracking number? Me- *gives number* UPS.... Kohls-The tracking information says this package was delivered. Me- Only part of it was Kohls- What would you like me to do? Me- I don't really care. Send me the second box. Redo the order. It doesn't matter. I'd just like my desk Kohls- Did you try calling the post office? Me- Why would i call the post office? and no....I called you....the shipping department. Kohls- I see. I have filed a ticket. Someone will email you within 7 days Me- that isn't acceptable. I don't want to wait for an email in 7 days Kohls- thats just an average Me- Then that's worse! I don't want to wait a week to resolve this Kohls- I see and I understand. It probably won't take that long. ***** Not satisfied I got on chat with someone else. Let me just give you a tidbit of his helpful advice: Chris B: Thank you for the information. One moment please while I look into this for you. Chris B: I've checked this with my supervisor. Just to confirm, have you checked your vicinity and surroundings for the second package? Cathy: yes. I have a doorbell camera as well. there was ONE package delivered Chris B: I truly regret for all the hassle. Please do not worry. I will help you place the new order providing all the same deals and discounts. Just to confirm, is it possible for you to return the in complete item to your nearest Kohl's store to get the complete refund? *** If I could have gone to the store I wouldn't have ordered it online, and now I'm expected to pay another 300.00 to order a new one? Until I can get the other back to the store I'll have 600.00 invested in desk orders? Not acceptable!! *****
