FIRST & LAST I will ever shop online at KOHLS. Purchased 4 Coronado Patio Chairs. I received my online purchase confirmation at 12:29 PM Central Time. I decided to cancel my order because I couldn't find out in the description of the chairs that they rocked as well as swiveled. I called the Cancellation Order number 866-887-8884 at exactly 12:47 PM well within the 30 minutes to cancel my order. The agent who came on the line then went into a long explanation ,and then came to the same conclusion that I already had, that the description was inadequate. We also went into the Q/A section and the answers were quite convoluted. She then went on about exchange /refund policies if we weren't happy upon delivery we could return the merchandise to any store for a refund. I became frustrated and said that I wanted to cancel the transaction. She then said " I am sorry but we can't cancel this order because it was past the 30 minutes from order confirmation" This was a deliberate ploy on their part to keep me waiting for the non-answer about the product. I AM HUGELY DISAPPOINTED as this is now my first and LAST time I will purchase anything from KOHLS. UPSET & DISAPPOINTED

Busy with school and baseball I was trying to prepare for a trip the day after school was out. I had lost weight and needed new shorts. I am between two sizes so I ordered 12 pairs in hopes that a few pairs would fit. I received a bag with 12 pairs of shorts, however 10 pairs we're either duplicates, the wrong style or wrong size. I didn't want to return through the mail because I wanted to be sure I was credited correctly. The in store agent couldn't make sense of the order and I still am not sure if I received the correct amount back to my card. There was one pair I really liked, so I had an online agent order in a different color, but when it was received it wasn't the correct shorts I gave them the number for and they had to be returned as well. To top it off, I gave them one more chance and ordered a swimsuit in blue for another quick trip a month later and I received an orange flowered version of the same suit. Upon hearing my complaints, all that I get offered is to return in the store or online. I'm tired of wasting my time and money to fix their mistakes. Never again will I shop at Kohl's. I wish I could take back all the money I have spent on this company who has come to not appreciate it's customers.

They never have enough cashiers, and they actually threw my son's $250 dollar suit in the bad unfolded like a t shirt. I had to fold at crease, put it back on hanger and request garment. They said we don't have any, I had to point, them out for cashier. Very incompetent staff.

Incompetent employees encountered at every turn. Sent package to wrong address, and after a month, they still won't own the mistake. Latest customer service (3rd time I've reached out for this order) experience was interesting to say the least. The representative handled the call poorly, and then instead of hanging up, muted me in hopes that I would just hang up and not take the survey rating his performance. While on mute, I had to tell this individual that I wasn't hanging up until I had the opportunity to complete the survey. After 30 seconds or so, he sheepishly responded, and finally hung up so I could be connected to properly assess his poor performance. Overall, I'd say this is the WORST online purchase experience I've ever encountered.

Don't bother ordering anything online. The customer service is incredibly bad. I ordered some face lotion and I got an email that the order was mysteriously cancelled. I called the number provided to inquire why and was told I needed to provide all kinds of additional security information to reprocess the order. One of the things required was a text to my phone, which when they tried to send it didn't go through. Then they said the only thing I could do was go into a store with two forms of ID. The closest store to where I am now is 45 minutes away. When I asked if I could bring my drivers license and a passport, they said that would not be sufficient and I would have to bring a utility bill with my home address on it. As I am traveling, I don't have those with me right now. Since when is a passport and license insufficient? -To purchase some lotion. Unbelievable. Forget it Kohls.

Terrible customer service. I bought a blue blanket online to be picked up in store. After waiting a half hour to pick up the blanket we were in a rush and did not notice until we drove back home 40 minutes and unwrapped the package that they gave us the wrong color. I called customer service and they said I had to go back to the store and exchange it. I told them how far away I lived and I don't have time to drive all the way over their and wait another half hour in line. They said I can order a new one but instead of the sale price of $39 less my coupons I paid I would have to pay $70 for it. And when I return it I can get my money back for the $39 less coupons. How does that make sense or fair to me, on top of it they changed the color on the receipt from blue to gray. So I have to be penalized for their stupidity! I hate this store!!

I emailed twice and was told that the order had been canceled and I needed to call. It s now June 25th and 6 calls later, I was billed for what what never shipped and I keep getting told it takes 7 days for a credit to show up. I requested the credit May 30th. It is now 26 days. I was treated so rudely on the phone today and told I need to be patient and wait another 7 days. Really? I paid my full bill as I didn't want to be hit with an interest charge. I have spent about 3 hours on the phone with multiple phone calls and ALL reps PROMISING it would be credited with 24-48 hours -- May 30th, June 6th, June 18th, June 20th, and two calls today because one rep just put me on hold and never came back so after 10 minutes I hung and called again. I am told that when they hang up I will get a customer satisfaction survey but when they won't hang up and just set the call aside no customer satisfaction survey. I think they owe ME INTEREST and $$ for all MY time on the phone. It should be called CUSTOMER NON-SERVICE

I absolutely hate this store with a passion. Last year during Father’s Day, I vowed to never shop here again. The customer service is lacking to say the least. I ordered several items of clothing for my husband during Fathers Day, and some items were the wrong size. I brought them to the store to exchange, but low and behold they did not have the merchandise (big shocker). It was then that I decided to stand in a very long customer service line with only one cashier to get a refund. I was subsequently told that I could not get the amount refunded to my credit card because I paid for part of the order with a gift card. What!?! I was also told that I would not be refunded the tax I paid for the item. These people are absolute crooks, I had to wait appropriately 4 weeks for my refund check to come in the mail. Since then I have not shopped at a Kohl’s. I can only hope and wish that Kohl’s becomes another mass chain to get swallowed up and spit out by one of the better massive retail giants. I sincerely hope that Kohl’s will be a distant memory in a couple of years.
