Ordered pair of boots as a gift for my wife for Christmas. Received them this Thursday. I opened the sealed bag to find a smashed and torn box. Opening the box there is only 1 boot not a pair like I ordered just 1 boot. Spoke with 3 associates. Was told they could get me another pair between December 28th and January 4th. I asked for them to be expedited but got the same answer 3 times. I would have hoped being it was their mess up they might overnight them seeing that Christmas is Tuesday. But not the case. A refund has been issued and I emailed and called again today (Friday) I asked to purchase the boots and Kohl’s overnight them. I was told it would be a new order and I would have to pay extra to get them here, which is 30 dollars. You would have that they would make it right.

Kohls has mispicked my xmas order twice. The worst part is they won't send a shipping label for their mistake. I have to return the items to the store, which is a 45 min drive. Also their customer service reps are not even in the USA. I will never order from them again. What a hassle

On top of a bad shopping issue, I can make zero contact with head quarters, to discuss the problem after being totally unsatisfied speaking with shipping customer care. I waited on hold for 15 minutes today before agreeing to a "call back" when it was my turn. That was 6 hours ago. Absolutely bull! No FB page, or way to just call speak to a human! Absolutely unacceptable.

Upsurb your coupons exclude now toys and sports stuff plus the list of other things they dont. Your stuff way over priced and I will not be shopping there ever again. Your register people shpuld let customer know this, I bought 15 items that were excluded today and had no clue. Had to return everything!!

Although I did not experience rude conduct, this is what happened. I ordered a bluetooth speaker with clock radio & 2 selfie sticks. I had to drive 2 hours to where I have my parcels delivered. First, there is a cost for the store to accept my parcels, and second , I am a Canadian citizen, therefore, paying duty is required. When I got back home, I opened my parcels to find all packaging was dirty, torn, and almost flattened. (the packages were shipped in an envelope only, not a box). Both selfie sticks were broken, 1 had no remote. The clock had no adapter. The service I received from the rep on the phone was professional as expected, however, no compensation offered for the inconvenience other than a refund for the items. No compensation for the additional expenses on purchasing these items. I would have accepted a replacement of the clock, however, they were no longer available, so a refund was really the only option for me. I later received an email with an apology. This does not help me in searching for another gift with only 7 days left until Christmas. I have taken pictures of the packaging of my items and would like to post, but, unsure how to do this Terrible experience. May have lost my business.

Shopped on Black Friday spent 4 hours in the store. 2+ hours in line due to issues with the registers. Got $120 Kohl’s cash as a part of the Black Friday specials. Traveled over an hour to go to this location. Was not able to get back down to the store to use the cash during the dates listed on the cash. Placed a call to the store just to be sure I could still use the cash beyond the dates listed as I had done in the past when I was unable to make it down. Was told yes I could and to bring the coupon into the store and speak to a manager. I traveled over and hour again shopped for over an hour got to the register and asked for whom ever Can assist with the Kohls cash issue. Was told I could not use it because there is only a 10 day grace period. I just don’t understand why the person on the phone did not tell me this as I could have changed my plans based on this information. I called customer service spent 45 minutes on the phone just to get the information through to the person who spoke very broken English. Had to go through two reps then a supervisor and was treated pretty poorly the more I moved down the line. Was told there was nothing they could do for me. I had explained that I had been helped with the same issue in the past how would I have known it would be any different this time. They just told me tough luck in so many words. I could t believe how I was treated and the little value they placed on me as a 20+ year loyal customer. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be returning the product I purchased to get the Kohl’s cash and I will never go in the store again.

My nephew wanted a robotic for Christmas. I found one online at Kohls for $35. Ordered it , shipping was going to be $12 but free if I spent $50. so I ordered some uno cards , a book and a puzzle. Got an email later that day that said part of order was ready for pickup??? I drive an hour from home to pick up uni cards and book. When I got home the puzzle was on my porch and i saw i was charged full price instead of sale price and it was small . Took it to the kohls 5 miles from my house. Finally got robot, almost scared of it but I wrapped it anyways . Nightmare and Hectic when time is of the essence during Christmas! Unsatisfied Customer

I usually love kohl’s, but not this time. I placed an order and did not get a confirmation email. I called customer service when I noticed the original total that was pending in my account was refunded then another transaction for half the amount was debited. I looked in my email for a reason why and nothing. Customer service cannot give me the reason why at first. Told me the email address was different than the one I gave him. He finally admitted it was letter off from what I gave him and that is why I did not get an email. I made a mistake. I get it. We all do. The problem is they won’t change it to the right email address now. I have no clue why the total is different, what items I will be getting, when they will be here, and I can’t pick up the items from the store without an email!!!! And I asked to speak with a supervisor and am still on hold. Writing this review while waiting on hold to try and get this resolved. Supervisor said nothing they can do. Won’t cancel order. Call bank and dispute charge.
