Just got back from Kohls, I went to return 2 shirts that were to small that I got 3 weeks ago and swap for right size ones, they were 12.99 ea. The right size ones were on sale for 9.99 ea. Kohls gave me 7.99 for each because I didn't have the receipt....what a rip-off... lost 10.00 for no receipt on a return/size exchange....beware of this.

I was a loyal Kohl's customer. I loved their clearance sales. Everything they have on clearance, is priced so high, that I would not buy it with a 70% off coupon. I shop at Marden's in Maine and boy oh boy the deals I get! I can never shop at Kohl's again. $1.00 Tooby-doo kids bikini's! I bought about 25 of them to give to the kids of SXM. Great deals. Boys Gorgeous button down Wrangler shirts in amazing colors and patterns, just $3.00 each. Now these are deals....Any outfit Kohl's has on clearance, I can buy for 75% less, literally. Shop elsewhere. This is no longer a darling of a store.

I have been a Kohls customer for well over 30 years. I recently received Kohl’s cash of over $100 for vacation shopping. I wasn’t able to use it because the shopping days were while I was out of town and then I became sick on vacation. I don’t shop for clothes online because I need to try them on. Due to the vacation and illness I was not able to use the kohls cash coupons during the time period shown on the coupons. I called them to tell them the situation and to ask for them to be reissued. They used to be able to do this as they did this for me one other time I was out of town. This time they absolutely said they will not extend or reissue Kohls cash under any circumstances. They are not the same company they used to be. I have spent so much money at Kohls over the years but they have lost a long time customer

He tenido una pésima experiencia tanto en la tienda como en el “servicio al cliente”. Al intentar usar mis cupones de aniversario que se vencieron unos cuantos días atrás y creyendo en que se me valorarían, no lo quisieron hacer; diciendo que por políticas ya no “pueden” validarlos. Yo les pregunté si podrían enviar otros, ya que no pude usarlos por motivos personales de salud; a lo que ellos se negaron a hacer. Al parecer ahora tienen políticas totalmente absurdas que no toman en cuenta al cliente!! Yo tengo más de 25 años y nunca me había pasado esta pésima experiencia!!!

I think they want to go out of business. They treat their customers like trash. They must not pay their employees well either because they hire people who do not care at all about helping anyone. I hope they stop taking up space in the world soon.

Watch your Statements from Capital One for Khol's. This is the second time that I have made a payment in store. The first time the Khol's representative said that my balance $82.50 when my Statement balance was $75.00. No further purchases were made. I pay my statement in full. Yesterday making a payment I told the representative that I wanted to pay in full. He replied your balance due was $395.95 statement balance $359.94. Again, I pay in full in store due to the warning of allowing seven business days for delivery. I don't trust the mail or Capital One. Guess what they tack on a nice 10% to the balance when paying in store per the information that Khol's representative sees on the screen. So, my issue is that If I were by chance to have to have someone else make my payments due to health, etc. The balance according to the representative would be $36 more than my statement. Shady practices at best. I will make my purchases else where.

I placed an order and after 10 days requested a refund. I was told to wait another six days. After no update to tracking or any delivery, I reached back out on the day I was told to. I was then told to wait yet another day. Never received decent help. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
