I just tried to use a $40 Kohl's cash but they said that it was only worth $30. I found out that the night before, my son went to exchange a gift but they did not have the same item in a different size. They made him return it and purchase the new items he wanted. He even spent more. The manager said that she could do nothing about it. I wanted to email customer service but could not find email address. It's not worth the $10 to call and sit on the phone waiting for customer service.

Do NOT risk placing an order for an e-card, as it's possible that it won't go through and after numerous attempts to resolve it with your confirmation # that you, the purchaser received, the gift recipient can't use it unless they actually received an email with a gift card. You will chat and then be sent to an individual who will be confused and not be able to close it out and give you a card# and a pin - all in the name of "security" - so yes, the card is secure and can't be used. Makes no sense and as a result, will be closing my account.

While wanting to exchange an item with receipt I was told I had to find something the same price and brand of item returning so I went to look and there was nothing. I returned back to customer service an she told me looked like I was stuck with the item that didn't fit. I will never be back in kohl's again.

This one star rating is way too much of a rating for this company, if it was possible I would have rated this company with no stars at all. My family lives in a rural village where we can NOT just go out and drive to a shopping mall to do our Christmas, birthday and etc. shopping we rely on companies like kohls to have our stuff delivered. I have ordered Christmas for my children age 20, 8, 5 and 2 on November 23, 24 and December 04 and to this day December 27 I have not received my orders yet. Thanks to this so called company Kohls Christmas for my children was cancelled, of course my oldest 2 tried to give me peace and understanding which they shouldn't have to, but the questions off my 2 younger ones were devastating, baffled and choking on my own words I had my husband try to explain what had happened and why there was nothing under the tree. And that is not mentioning the emotions and everything that happened Christmas morning. This is very disappointing and a big let down.

Their returns are terrible. I purchased a camera from Kohls it doesn't work. They even looked it up on my account and still said I didn't buy it from them. I called customer serves and they were no help at all. I am a regular customer at Kohls or at least I was.

Will never use or go to Kohls again!!! Ordered boots for granddaughters xmas gift on 12/17/18. Guaranteed delivery 12/21-12/24. 12/18 order fulfilled and ups label created. 12/19, 12/20, 12/21 - no change to status. Still showing UPS label created.Called and chatted 4 times - GUARANTEED 12/24 delivery. Chatted again 12/24 and still GUARANTEED 12/24 delivery. Never received. Granddaughter had no gift to open.Called 12/26 - on the phone for over 1 hour. Told that item was not in stock - so I had been LIED to the entire time??? Would not make any compensation except to issue credit , which I had already been charged for and received monthly statement with that item on it, and 200 rewards points. Absolutely unacceptable!! I will be closing my Kohls charge and NEVER GOING OR ORDERING from Kohls again. I could have ordered boots from other sites but trusted Kohls to provide the best service!! WRONGGG!!!!

I was in Kohl's in Mesquite Tx yesterday with my family doing some Christmas shopping. My four year old son did not want myself or my girlfriend to see what he had picked out for us, so I had a wallet in a metal case under my arm as I walked to the front requester. I took the item from under my arm paid for the item and walk out the front door. As I walk out I have a gentlemen approach us saying " excuse me I need to make sure what ever you concealed in your purse you paid for". I was completely embarrassed and said to him "excuse me" I was shocked and confused by this man. I asked him as I opened my purse what did he see me conceal? He could not tell me what I was being accused of stealing what the item was. I have been in Management for over ten years I knew he had no right to stop me after he could not tell me what I paid for at the register or what I had put into my purse, "BAD STOP". After asking him about his top ten steps before stopping me he knew he illegally stopped and accused me of stealing. He did not keep visual eye on me or watched me pay for the item he accused me of stealing. While my four year old told him "we don't steal we are good people", I was so upset. I went back into the store spoke with a manager about the situation and asked for the Corporate Office number along with the District LP number because I will be making a formal complaint. I was given the wrong information never once did I receive an apology. I had to return to the store a second time and refuse to leave till I had the correct contact information, again by a different manager was never even given an apology for my experience at there store. The embarrassment not only in front of other shoppers but my son of someone accusing me of stealing a $20 wallet is inexcusable. I will never shop at another Kohl's store and I will continue to tell my experience to everyone I know of the unprofessional team working in your stores.

One star for worst online service I have ever encountered. I ordered 4 pieces of fine jewelry. Two pieces were delivered. Two were returned. No one knows why. Making matters worse, no email to inform me of the their actions. After a3 weeks I had to hunt down Kohl’s.com’s phone number, only to be informed three days before Christmas they screwed up my wife’s Christmas present. Take my advice, use Amazon, never Kohl’s.
