In the past I really liked Kohls but now they suck. I have always shopped for my shoes at Kohl's but now they never have my size (12). So I go on their site which sucks, try to ship to my store won't let me. Also won't let me use my coupon and site won't tell ne why. After several minutes on live chat sorry that product is excluded. Every time I have tried to place an order on-line with Kohls it is a pain. I would rather give my local stores my business but I find myself needing to use Amazon more and more.

attempted to exchange a xmas gifts. I exchanged the vera wang brand in store no problem. was told to call customer service to exchange the brands they didnt carry in store. the first time I called the guy he was unable to understand me in English (he sounded spanish) so that attempt was unsuccessful. the second time was unsuccessful as she coulent help me unless I could provided her with all the information from the receipt. I tried explaining to her many times that was a gift so I didnt have the receipt. she was barely unable to understand me as she was more Spanish and I am speaking English. i was unable to do my exchange even with giving the name,phone number and tracking number of the account holder. which was weird as the store did not require any of this information. $100 down the drain. I'm not even sure how kohls is still in business with such horrible customer service.

I went to kohls today they would not let me use my reward coupon told me only specif items their was no specfic item it was store wide n it expired today so now i cant use it this happens all the time u aint saving nothing this way wjy email coupons to my wallet if i cant use it on what i want scam im spending alot of money their but no more im deleteing their app n telling my friends also watch out

Not even 1 star for this store. I earned $45 Kohl's cash, used it for purchased jacket at local store and returned the jacket at store. In the return receipts, it said $45 Kohl's cash was emailed which I received with "ZERO" balance. I went back to the store, waited for over 30 mins whiled store associates were figuring out and I was told I could get $45 off at store if I buy something which I wasn't ready. I also was told I could get that $45 off on phone order. I was on the phone for over 30 mins just now to get $45 off, and found out there were so many exclusive items that I can't get $45 off EVEN THOUGH it was supposed be Kohl's cash that I had. One more thing I was told that was my item should be $75 after $45 (kolh's cash) to get free shipping). What did I do wrong to not get $45 Kohl's cash back when I returned the item? It wasn't my fault that I didn't get my $45 Kohl's cash back. It was Kohl's store or system problem and I'm the one who get this issue??? Thanks for wasting my time and totally convince.

Very frustrating trying to get my kohls dollars and when they expire. Time consuming and when I did order over phone they didn't give me the special pricing as promised and verified. Found on my bill later int the week.

Absolute nightmare spent $1000 in their store the other day..called customer service to ask them a simple question was put on hold for 45 minutes! No one ever came to see if I was OK no one ever came to say hold on a second they just left me there the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.. again I spent $1000 in their store..Called back and was placed on hold again while the customer service agent looked for a supervisor another 25 minutes with no resolution and still no answer to my question again absolute nightmare

After over 20 years of being a customer, Kohls canceled my charge account. When I contacted them, they advised that they had canceled my charge account because I had not used it in 36 months, a policy they apparently instituted in 2009. I never had any late payments or problems all the years I held the account. I was never notified that my account would be closed for non-use. I was told I could reapply for a new account, but why should I have to do that when there were never any issues with the old account. I am also concerned with what effect their cancelling my account will have on my credit record. Obviously if I apply for a new account, that will be recorded on my credit record. It is of note that other retail credit accounts I have are still active despite long periods of not using them. I think their policy of cancelling a long-term customer's account without advance warning is not good customer service.

Jewelry looks wow in photo but is like cracker jacks box jewelry when u get it. Crap pure crap
